教學過程中為了達到既定的教學目的,從教學需要出發(fā),引入、創(chuàng)造或創(chuàng)設(shè)與教學內(nèi)容相適應(yīng)的具體場景或氛圍,可以增加學生的情感體驗,幫助學生迅速而正確地理解教學內(nèi)容,促進他們的心理機能全面和諧發(fā)展。
一、體驗式教學的內(nèi)涵
體驗式教學是指根據(jù)學生的認知特點和規(guī)律,通過創(chuàng)造實際或重復(fù)經(jīng)歷的情境和機會,呈現(xiàn)或再現(xiàn)、還原教學內(nèi)容,使學生在親歷的過程中理解并建構(gòu)知識、發(fā)展能力、產(chǎn)生情感、生成意義的教學觀和教學形式。體驗式教學以人的生命發(fā)展為依歸,尊重生命、關(guān)懷生命、拓展生命、提升生命,蘊含著高度的生命價值與意義。它所關(guān)心的不僅是人可以經(jīng)由教學而獲得多少知識、認識多少事物,還在于人的生命意義可以經(jīng)由教學而獲得彰顯和擴展。
二、體驗式教學在高職英語教學中的應(yīng)用
以參加面試情景為例,如下:
Mr Zhao : Will you come in ,please ?
Liu Tao :Good afternoon,Mr Zhao.
Mr Zhao :Good afternoon.Please have a seat.
Liu Tao :Thank you .
Mr Zhao :Could you tell me something about yourself ?
Liu Tao :OK.My name is Liu Tao, a graduate from Liaoning
Petrol---chemical College.I’m a native.My parents are laid---off
workers.They have been doing odd jobs to support the family.
Last year,my grandparents came to live with us and our life is
even harder.So this job matters very much to me .
Mr Zhao :From your resume and references I can see your school
performance is not very good.Why are your graZE0aNhIEoaOSglcbFIVGfUYCKwwnKKpInesxIu1Pu4g=des poor?
Liu Tao :It’s a pity that my parents are laid-off workers.And
my farther had got critical illness since I was in high school .So I
had to pay the tuition myself.I spent most of my spare time in doing
several part-time jobs.I worked as a waiter in the restaurant ,selling
goods in the supermarket,delivering leaflets house to house ,did
cleaning and so on.Therefore ,I had little time to study.Even if I tried
hard,I still couldn’t get high grades.Part-time jobs did affect my
Study.But I learned a lot from my part-time jobs and I believe my
experience will benefit my future work.

N:On the right side of the door.And there is another one at the end
of the corridor,where you can take a shower.
P:Thank you for your assistance.I know more about the ward now.
N:Well ,please stand on the scales so I can get your height and
weight before you get into bed.Here are the things for
you---slippers ,a toothbrush ,a washbasin,etc.
P:What about visiting hours ?
N:They are quite flexible.But visits are better in the afternoon when
all the tests are done.

以往我們對于這類情景的處理往往是教師示范讀一遍,學生再讀,教師驗收,但是往往學生是為了完成任務(wù)而讀,但體驗式教學則不同。教師可出示情景,布置任務(wù),讓學生提前查找相關(guān)的句子,自行找搭檔來編排英文對話,課上演示;再根據(jù)教師出示的示范對話,完善課前編排的對話,再演示。這樣學生完全會置身于這樣的情景中,能通過扮演角色來增加切身的體會,加深對知識的掌握與應(yīng)用。
學習語言的目的是應(yīng)用語言,解決生活、學習和工作中的實際問題,雖然成功不可復(fù)制,但方法值得借鑒,教學探索之路永無止境,一線教師應(yīng)當吸取各教學方法的精華,不斷探索更加科學、完善的教學方法,切實提高教學質(zhì)量。
