[摘要]目的 探討去氧孕烯炔雌醇片與甲羥孕酮治療青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血的臨床效果，為臨床治療藥物選擇提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法 選擇2015年3月～2017年3月在我院采用甲羥孕酮治療的青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者52例作為本次研究對照組，另取同期在我院采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治療的52例青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者作為本次研究觀察組，將兩種不同方法治療所取得的臨床療效作以比較。結(jié)果 觀察組總有效率為98.0%明顯高于對照組82.7%（χ2=6.172，P<0.05）。與對照組比較，治療后觀察組患者內(nèi)膜厚度、經(jīng)期、經(jīng)量改善效果優(yōu)勢顯著（t=3.168，t=32.413，t=11.607，P<0.05）。觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為9.6%，明顯低于對照組（32.7%）（χ2=17.146，P<0.05）。結(jié)論 青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血采用去氧孕炔雌醇片與甲羥孕酮治療均能獲得一定療效，但相較之下前者治療效果更佳，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率相對較低，臨床應(yīng)用安全性可靠，非常值得在臨床廣泛推廣應(yīng)用。

Clinical effect comparison of Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol Tablets and Medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

[Abstract]Objective To compare the clinical effect of Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol Tablets and Medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in order to provide a scientific basis for the drug choice of clinical treatment.Methods From March 2015 to March 2017，52 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated by Medroxyprogesterone in our hospital were selected into control group.Meanwhile，52 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated by Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol Tablets in our hospital were classified into observation group.The clinical effect by the two different methods was compared.Results The total effectiveness rate was 98.0% in the observation group，much higher than that in the control group accounting for 82.7% （χ2=6.172，P<0.05）.Compared with the control group，the improvement of endometrial thickness，menstrual cycle，volume of menses after therapy was all more remarkable （t=3.168，t=32.413，t=11.607；P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.6%，much lower than that in the control group accounting for 32.7% （χ2=17.146，P<0.05）.Conclusion For adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding，both Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol Tablets and Medroxyprogesterone can obtain a certain effect，and is better in the former which has a lower incidence of adverse reactions and a more reliable safety in clinical application after comparison.Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol tablets is worthy to be widely promoted in clinical application.
