座落于東海北戴河區(qū)沙灘上的三聯(lián)海邊圖書館是一座長方形建筑物。淺灰的外墻襯托著淺灰色的沙灘，和諧一致。從圖書館面向海洋的一面，全天候玻璃墻和一系列玻璃門把開揚景觀和自然光帶進室內(nèi)，海景盡入每位讀者眼簾。海邊圖書館充分利用大海這個大自然的杰作，增進閱讀的樂趣。

The boxy library building sits in the middle of a sandy beach in the Beidaihe District on the East China seaboard. The grey walls echo the colour of the sand.Facing the ocean, a glass wall and a series of pivoting glass doors bring the view and natural night into the cavernous main reading room. The Seashore Library becomes a physical nexus for users to be immersed in both the joy of reading and the wonder of nature.
