Urban Change

From 16thSeptember to 13thOctober, more than 30 programs will be offered in more than 15 cities across the country. This year the festival will be devoted to the topic urban change. Everyone will have the chance to thing about the transformations on offer to the urban dwellers of tomorrow in eco-responsible cities. lndeed, while the city is often perceived as one of the main causes of the ecological crisis, it is also one of the main solutions.

From architecture exhibitions (Paris +2°C), to photography (Plug-ln City by Alain Bublex), and fi lm screenings (including the pre-premiere of Odyssey, with Lambert Wilson), the programme aims to illustrate major environmental issues in a playful and accessible way. One such event by artist Olivier Grossetête (City in a Box), will involve residents in urban construction that is both ephemeral and spectacular, and made entirely of recycled cardboard!

During the festival there will be a series of lectures and round-table dialogues. One of the special guests, contemporary famous architect Jean Nouvel will give us a lecture about the changes in environment and urban life. China Federation life Literary and Art Circles will hold a press conference for issuing a book collection about the information of green development. The 40-book series are all classic works from France on environmental protection. The books will also enlighten us to work on the problems in environment protection.

Our committed and passionate spokespeople will be photographer and producer Ana?s Martane and famous actor and director Jackie Chan.

變遷的城市

9月16日到10月18日，中法環(huán)境月將在全國(guó)開(kāi)展30多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。“城市變遷”是今年的主題。它引發(fā)每個(gè)人去思考居民將面對(duì)的巨大城市形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變。如果城市通常被看作是生態(tài)危機(jī)的主要誘因之一，它也可以提供主要的危機(jī)解決途徑。

相關(guān)的建筑展覽《+2°C，巴黎將會(huì)……》、攝影展覽阿蘭·布萊克斯的《 插接城市》、電影展映等活動(dòng)，將向觀眾展示與環(huán)境息息相關(guān)的重大議題。藝術(shù)家?jiàn)W利維?！じ窳_斯代特將呈現(xiàn)他的巨型裝置作品《紙板上的城市》，并邀請(qǐng)居民們參與這件全部由可回收紙板組成作品的搭建。

中法環(huán)境月期間還將舉辦一系列講座和圓桌討論會(huì)，特邀嘉賓中包括法國(guó)當(dāng)代建筑大師讓·努維爾，他將向公眾開(kāi)展有關(guān)環(huán)境和城市變遷的知識(shí)普及。中國(guó)文聯(lián)出版社將為 《綠色發(fā)展通識(shí)叢書(shū)》舉行新書(shū)發(fā)布會(huì)，這是一套囊括40本有關(guān)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)的法國(guó)經(jīng)典著作，它將啟迪讀者進(jìn)一步探索環(huán)境問(wèn)題。

攝影家、電影制片人安娜·馬田和著名演員成龍兩位環(huán)保人士擔(dān)任本屆中法環(huán)境月宣傳大使。

Future Is Now

Mini Egg custard mooncake is a new product of The Peninsula Mooncakes that is made by new style egg custard. lt originated in 1896 from the special recipe of the restaurant Spring Moon in the Peninsula of Hong Kong, but the traditional ingredients lotus paste and yolk, as well as the old methods of making it have been replaced. The inventor of this new custard mooncake is the former Pastry Chef of Spring Moon Yip Wing-Wah. He is now the ambassador and the mooncake consultant of The Peninsula Hong Kong. Egg Custard mooncake is extremely popular after being created. Every year during Mid-Autumn Festival it raises a buying spree in Hong Kong, and it once set a record of selling 30000 boxes within one hour.

奶香中秋

迷你奶黃月餅是一種以新派奶黃為餡料的月餅，源自1986年香港半島酒店嘉麟樓的獨(dú)家配方，取代傳統(tǒng)以蓮蓉及蛋黃為餡料的月餅制作方法。奶黃月餅的發(fā)明者是嘉麟樓前點(diǎn)心師葉永華，他目前亦是半島集團(tuán)的點(diǎn)心大使及月餅顧問(wèn)。奶黃月餅問(wèn)世后廣受追捧，每年中秋都會(huì)在香港掀起全城搶購(gòu)，曾創(chuàng)出1小時(shí)售罄3萬(wàn)盒的紀(jì)錄。
