Five years ago, SkyTeam became the fi rst global airline alliance to offer aligned priority benefi ts for top customers when it launched SkyPriority. SkyPriority was launched in 2012, designed to make travel more seamless for First, Business and Elite Plus passengers fl ying on all SkyTeam member airlines, today SkyPriority is offered at more than 1,000 airports across the globe.

lt's a clear demonstration we care about our customers, and we care what they have to say as well. Last year we launched the SkyPriority Audit App, to collect customers' feedback on their SkyPriority service each time they fl y.

With every audit we receive, we're getting closer to our goal of creating an ideal airport experience for all.

Here's how you can help us make SkyPriority even better:

1. Eligible customers wishing to join SkyPriority panel can enrol via skyteam.com and downloading the SkyPriority Audit App to your smartphone. lt's quick, free and easy to do.

2. Open the app when you get to the airport. lf you forget, the app knows where you are and will send you a push reminder.

3. Audit your experience at each SkyPriority step along the way. From check-in and bag drop to boarding and bag collection - the more information you give us the better. Why not upload a photo to accompany your feedback.

4. Submit your audit. Your feedback is sent to SkyTeam and then forwarded to the airline concerned. We have invested in technology to make this happen in real time.

5. SkyTeam and its members are committed to ensure consistent delivery of the alliance's priority services. Your feedback is key to this consistency. Queues too long, boarding out of line? lf something needs fi xing at one of our global airports, please let us know and we will inform the relevant airlines and teams for improvements in service delivery.
