12000立方米多用途液化氣船
2008年國(guó)際金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來(lái),全球造船業(yè)經(jīng)歷了一次鳳凰涅槃式的洗禮。中航鼎衡造船有限公司成立于造船業(yè)巔峰期,卻在船市調(diào)整期不斷成長(zhǎng),如今,在中小型化學(xué)品船領(lǐng)域中占有一席之地。特別是近兩年來(lái),在全行業(yè)處于“盈利難”的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)下,中航鼎衡成為國(guó)內(nèi)少數(shù)盈利的造船企業(yè)之一。日前,中航鼎衡造船有限公司總經(jīng)理方云虎告訴記者,即使在船市持續(xù)低迷期,中航鼎衡也從未改變過(guò)建造高端不銹鋼化學(xué)品船和液貨船的戰(zhàn)略定位。該公司憑借近年來(lái)已交付的多艘中小型液貨船,在技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)、工藝、管理等方面積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。截至2017年1月,該公司中小型化學(xué)品船訂單數(shù)量已達(dá)19艘之多,位列“全球第一”,一舉打破了日本船企在中小型化學(xué)品船細(xì)分市場(chǎng)的壟斷地位。
近年來(lái),通過(guò)不斷優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、提高技術(shù)含量,中航鼎衡細(xì)分市場(chǎng),堅(jiān)持“做精、做特、做優(yōu)”,全力主攻高端市場(chǎng),企業(yè)保持穩(wěn)中向好、好中求快的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。
進(jìn)入2014年,20000噸—25000噸不銹鋼化學(xué)品船市場(chǎng)火爆,中航鼎衡在市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇中把握機(jī)會(huì),研發(fā)高效節(jié)能環(huán)保不銹鋼化學(xué)品船,相繼承接丹麥船東6+6艘24000噸不銹鋼化學(xué)品船和美國(guó)船東5+5艘不銹鋼化學(xué)品船訂單。相比市場(chǎng)上日本設(shè)計(jì)的19800噸不銹鋼化學(xué)品船,中航鼎衡建造的24000噸和25000噸化學(xué)品船項(xiàng)目貨艙數(shù)量達(dá)到24個(gè),比19800噸船(貨艙18個(gè))具有更多的載貨量,且在油耗、航速等硬性指標(biāo)上均有大幅度提升。25000噸化學(xué)品船項(xiàng)目經(jīng)過(guò)船體線型和推進(jìn)性能的優(yōu)化改良設(shè)計(jì),油耗較現(xiàn)有新型同類船舶低5%,較傳統(tǒng)同類船舶低20%。目前,中航鼎衡建造交付的不銹鋼化學(xué)品船已涵蓋25000噸不銹鋼化學(xué)品船、15000噸雙燃料化學(xué)品船、16300噸雙燃料化學(xué)品船、7999噸化學(xué)品船和9900噸不銹鋼化學(xué)品船等多個(gè)船型,在3萬(wàn)噸以下中小型化學(xué)品船細(xì)分領(lǐng)域已躍居全球第二。
2016年,中航鼎衡掀起大干熱潮,規(guī)?;a(chǎn)效益凸顯,業(yè)績(jī)跨越式突破,全年實(shí)現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售收入達(dá)18.5億元。在船市持續(xù)低迷、船企“盈利難”的形勢(shì)下,中航鼎衡利潤(rùn)總額同比增長(zhǎng)了432%,成為國(guó)內(nèi)少數(shù)盈利的造船企業(yè)之一。其中,中航鼎衡全球首制15000噸雙燃料化學(xué)品船,外形銳利明快、內(nèi)外兼修、清新脫俗,其性能指標(biāo)和技術(shù)水平更是躋身國(guó)際一流,一舉摘得了2016年“年度世界名船”的桂冠。如今,該船型3艘姊妹船已順利交付,蔚藍(lán)的身姿正在北冰洋游弋。

15000噸雙燃料化學(xué)品船
近幾年來(lái),全球船市一直處于低迷狀態(tài),“接單難”已經(jīng)成為眾多船企面臨的普遍問(wèn)題。而從中航鼎衡目前的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況來(lái)看,該公司批量化訂單不斷,高端船型逐步顯現(xiàn)。以此看來(lái),該公司細(xì)分市場(chǎng),定位中小型化學(xué)品船及液貨船的差異化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略無(wú)疑是正確的。
方云虎表示,2016年,中航鼎衡聚焦核心客戶、主力船型,全力開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng),相繼斬獲瑞典船東2艘16300噸雙燃料化學(xué)品船和4艘7999噸化學(xué)品船訂單,手持高端中小型化學(xué)品船訂單達(dá)19艘,交船期也排至2019年。正是這開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取的一年,使得中航鼎衡在細(xì)分市場(chǎng)中站穩(wěn)腳跟,中小型化學(xué)品船訂單躍居“全國(guó)第一、全球第二”,雙燃料推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目訂單更是“登頂全球”。特別是該公司建造的25000噸不銹鋼化學(xué)品船,工藝先進(jìn)、品質(zhì)優(yōu)秀、技術(shù)高端,其不銹鋼制造工藝已躍居行業(yè)領(lǐng)先。與此同時(shí),2016年,中航鼎衡繼續(xù)保持火熱的生產(chǎn)勢(shì)頭,在船東代表和船檢的大力支持及全體員工的齊心協(xié)力下,全年共計(jì)交付11艘船舶,包括1艘28000噸液漿船和4艘4900噸瀝青船。

同時(shí),中航船舶還將聯(lián)合德他馬林船舶設(shè)計(jì)公司引進(jìn)國(guó)際先進(jìn)的AVEVA Marine 3D設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),在國(guó)內(nèi)船舶制造行業(yè)首批組建創(chuàng)新造船“真3D”智能制造的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)。通過(guò)對(duì)船舶“智能制造”“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+虛擬生產(chǎn)”“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+協(xié)同制造”的統(tǒng)一研究,該公司將實(shí)現(xiàn)船舶設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)部統(tǒng)一,輔以有效的整合、協(xié)同,以滿足詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段和生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)階段深度智能仿真制造的要求。未來(lái),這一技術(shù)將有望運(yùn)用到高端船舶的設(shè)計(jì)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)跨區(qū)域協(xié)同工作的真實(shí)“3D漫游”,從而大大縮短船舶設(shè)計(jì)周期,大幅降低生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的修改率,進(jìn)一步提升船舶制造的質(zhì)量和效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)中航船舶躋身世界一流造船企業(yè)的夢(mèng)想。★
Win in market segment and open up market

The global shipbuilding industry has experienced the phoenix nirvana type baptism since the international financial crises erupted in 2008. CATIC Dingheng Shipbuilding Co Ltd founded in the shipbuilding climax stage continued growth in the adjustment period and has taken a place in the small and medium-sized chemical tanker sector. Especially in recent two years when the whole industry found it hard to make profit, CATIC Dingheng has become one of the few profitable shipbuilders in China.
Fang Yunhu, general manager of CATIC Dingheng Shipbuilding Co Ltd told the reporter even if in the depression period, CATIC Dingheng never swayed or changed its strategic position of building high-end stainless steel chemical tanker and liquid cargo carrier. With several small and medium-sized liquid cargo carriers delivered in recent years, CATIC Dingheng has accumulated extensive experience in technology, production, process and management aspects. As of January 2017, the company's small and medium-sized chemical tanker orders have reached 19 ships, ranking global first, breaking the Japanese monopoly in small and medium-sized chemical tanker segment. Currently, stainless steel chemical tankers have covered 25000t stainless or chemical carriers, 15000t dual-fuel chemical tanker, 16300t dual-fire chemical carrier, 7999t chemical tanker and 9900t stainless chemical tankers and ranked second in below-30,000t small chemical tanker market segment sector.
In the sustained depression and difficult profitability, CATIC Dingheng gross profits increased 432% yearon-year-off compared with its globally first international first 15000t dualfuel shipbuilders in China. CSTIC's first globally developed l5000t dualfuel chemical taker was sharp and lucid and lively, got refined and internally and externally, fresh and free from vulgarity, its performance and technical level elbowed its way into the international first class, getting the Laurel of 2016 "Yearly World Famous Ship". Now, three ships of this model have been successfully delivered and their azure posture is cruising in the Arctic Ocean
Through years' development, CATIC Dingheng has been relying on international advantages of CATIC Shipbuilding and CATIC International, preliminarily realized the development vision of domestically leading and international first class and continuously created world No.1 on several occasions.
