2017年1月,北京,洲際酒店集團(tuán)與滴滴出行宣布達(dá)成戰(zhàn)略合作,雙方結(jié)合自身產(chǎn)品模式和服務(wù)特點(diǎn),形成優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),探索將住宿與出行結(jié)合的創(chuàng)新類產(chǎn)品模式,為客人提供個(gè)性化的“住+行”服務(wù)體驗(yàn)。

值得一提的是,雙方首次發(fā)布了《中國(guó)商旅人士出行報(bào)告》,分析2016年滴滴出行平臺(tái)上的出行動(dòng)線及用車(chē)記錄,解讀中國(guó)主要城市商旅人士住宿及用車(chē)的特點(diǎn)和習(xí)慣?!秷?bào)告》顯示,商旅人士每十次出行就有兩次跟機(jī)場(chǎng)或火車(chē)站有關(guān);超過(guò)10%的商旅人士每月需要前往兩個(gè)或以上的城市;入住酒店的高峰時(shí)間在下午五、六點(diǎn)和晚上九、十點(diǎn);七成會(huì)選擇入住市中心或交通樞紐附近的酒店。該報(bào)告將促進(jìn)雙方為商旅人士提供更加個(gè)性化的商旅出行解決方案。

IHG and Didi Chuxing also released the first Chinese Business Traveler Report. By analyzing the travel routes and transportation records on Didi platform in 2016, the report interprets the accommodation and transportation characteristics and habits of Chinese business travelers in major city, shows that transportation is related to airport or train station twice in every ten times, more than 10% travel to two or more cities, the peak time of hotel check-in is 17:00 – 18:00 PM and 21:00 – 22:00 in the evening, and more than 70% would choose to check in hotels close to downtown or transit hub. The report will help both parties to promote more personalized transportation solution for business travel.
