大堂電梯間的一整面墻上是Avroko的另一項燈光裝置藝術(shù)，靈感來源竟然是曼谷滿大街五顏六色的三輪車，選取了800多種燈光色彩匯聚成一面異彩閃爍的墻，象征著曼谷繁忙的交通，甚是可愛。如果你是夜晚抵達，遠遠的LED大屏幕上投射的巨型W標(biāo)志和大堂W酒廊傳來的動感節(jié)拍已是聲色奪人，讓你下車的腳步也恨不得踏著鼓點，一種莫名興奮感準(zhǔn)確無誤地預(yù)示你，歡迎來到W的魅力世界。

Every W hotel blends in the local city charm. The New York based Interior design company Avroko was fascinated by the Muay Thai and its local scenes， and employed installations from many known artists. The crystal mural at the W Hotel is the first project A.C.D. took on where the crystals were applied directly onto a wall. Over 30 artisans were involved applying each crystal by hand. Approximately 80，000 crystals were used during a total of 17 days. The mural shows a giant tiger and phoenix pattern， a symbol of supreme power of Muay Thai. The guest room bed covers are also covered with auspicious tiger and phoenix pattern， and the bed with Muay Thai gloves. On the first floor， there is a Pop Up Shop display of Muay Thai game clothes and equipment， demonstrating the power of Muay Thai， a perfect fusion with W Passion.

Avroko takes inspiration from Bangkok's special ability to strike a fine balance between the serene and supersonic in the light installation at the lift on ground floor of the W. Made up of 800 different kinds of lights typically found on Tuk Tuks， the installation takes a bit of Thailand's legendary traffic congestion and infuses it with dazzling street lights to create a captivating LED light show. Welcome to the charming world of W.

We stayed in a wonderful blue tone room， with a bath space separated with translucent blue glass， and a light game playing with the back lights and mirror reflection. You can find cocktail mixer and large windmill lollipop in the mini bar， a playful signature of W.
