在求助信中，考生需清晰地表達出所要請求的內(nèi)容。要做到簡明扼要，語氣委婉、真誠。求助信一般包括以下內(nèi)容要點：（1）自我簡介；（2）說明寫信目的；（3） 說明緣由；（4）求助的具體事項；（5）表達謝意，期盼回復。如有必要，還可附上你的聯(lián)系方式。

一、常用套語

1. 說明寫信目的

（1）I am writing to ask for your help.我寫信是為了尋求你的幫助。

（2）I am writing in the hope of your assistance in preparing for the approaching singing talent show.我寫信是希望你能幫我為即將到來的唱歌才藝大賽做準備。

2. 描述困難

（1）I have some difficulties in writing the articles about how Americans spend their holidays and festivals.我在撰寫有關(guān)美國人如何度過節(jié)假日的短文上遇到一些困難。

（2）What I am worried about a lot is that I am having trouble in reading the books in the original.我最擔心的是我在閱讀原著上有困難。

（3）I am poor in overcoming the difficulties in the study on my own.我不擅長自行解決學習中遇到的困難。

3. 闡明請求內(nèi)容

（1）I wonder whether I could ask you a favor.我想知道我是否可以請你幫個忙。

（2）I wonder if you could spare some time to help me. 我想知道你是否可以抽點時間幫幫我。

（3）I am anxious to get help from you.我迫切地需要得到你的幫助。

（4）Could you please do me the favor of returning two books to the City Library？你能幫我把這兩本書還回市圖書館么？

（5）Could /Would you be so kind enough to take my place to do some voluntary work in the Sunshine Nursing Home？你能夠替我去陽光敬老院做志愿者活動嗎？

4. 約定時間與聯(lián)系方式

5. 表達謝意，期盼回復

二、真題分析

（2016年全國I卷）假定你是李華，暑假想去一家外資公司兼職，已寫好申請書和個人簡歷（resume）。給外教Ms Jenkins寫信，請她幫你修改所附材料的文字和格式（format）。

注意：1. 詞數(shù)100左右；

2.可以適當增加細節(jié)，以使行文連貫。

[解題指導]

在寫作之前要認真審題：

1. 審文體：求助信。

2. 審人稱：以I為主體人稱。

3. 審時態(tài)：表達“想暑假去一家外資公司兼職”可用一般現(xiàn)在時或現(xiàn)在進行時，表達“已寫好申請書和個人簡歷”用現(xiàn)在完成時，其余用一般現(xiàn)在時。

4. 審特點：語氣委婉、真誠（收信人是李華的外教，對于李華而言是長輩，因此本文應(yīng)注意語氣的委婉）。

5. 審要點：
