Finding it dreadful to make multiple transfers in order to get to your destination? China Southern Airlines has recently launched an airport drop-off/pick-up chauffeur service to allow you to enjoy the “door-tocabin” convenience.

轉(zhuǎn)車(chē)、換乘……跨城搭乘飛機(jī)總覺(jué)得有點(diǎn)小麻煩？近日南航推出的專(zhuān)車(chē)接送機(jī)產(chǎn)品，讓您手握一張機(jī)票，便可享受從家門(mén)到客艙的專(zhuān)車(chē)接送機(jī)服務(wù)。

China Southern's chauffeur service includes intracity and inter-city (Pearl River Delta region) airport drop-off / pick-up service. The inter-city service, which provides ground transportation between the Pearl River Delta region and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (hereinafter referred to as “the Airport”), is available in six cities across the area, including Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen and Dongguan, whereas the intra-city service covers selected major cities in mainland China.

The availability of such a service means that passengers can connect all their journeys within the Pearl River Delta region using just one ticket. By booking international flights that depart from the Airport at designated offi ces, passengers from the aforementioned six cities are entitled to the chauffeur service – free for passengers flying to Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand and available at a discounted rate for those on short or medium haul flights. From now on, passengers flying with China Southern will be spared all the hassle of making transfers to catch an international flight. Boarding is just one step away from your own doorstep.

The air-ground combined service of China Southern was initiated in 2011 and launched in 2012. Now in its fifth year, the service is aimed at providing passengers with free ground transportation between the Airport and selected cities in the Pearl River Delta region. China Southern was the first in the country to create such a service package that includes both air and ground travel in one single itinerary.

China Southern has innovatively applied to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for three-letter codes, which were previously used for airports only, to represent cities and with this it's able to add ground transfer into air tickets. Intercity airport drop-off/pick-up service in the Pearl River Delta region is one of the benefi ts. Another innovation is the launch of the intra-city airport dropoff/pick-up service, with the use of the three-letter code “TGX” to represent downtown area. This means China Southern is the first in the industry to combine standard flight service and non-standard ground transportation service into one, curing a major “pain point” for passengers in mobility.

專(zhuān)車(chē)接送機(jī)產(chǎn)品具體分為同城接送機(jī)和珠三角跨城接送機(jī)。同城接送機(jī)服務(wù)涵蓋全國(guó)部分大城市。珠三角跨城接送機(jī)是指由珠三角城市群至廣州白云機(jī)場(chǎng)之間的地面段運(yùn)輸，覆蓋城市包括深圳、佛山、中山、珠海、江門(mén)、東莞等。

這相當(dāng)于在珠三角實(shí)現(xiàn)了一票聯(lián)程：如果在指定網(wǎng)點(diǎn)購(gòu)買(mǎi)這六個(gè)珠三角城市出發(fā)經(jīng)白云機(jī)場(chǎng)進(jìn)出港的國(guó)際機(jī)票，歐美澳航線(xiàn)旅客可享受免費(fèi)接送機(jī)服務(wù)，其余中短線(xiàn)旅客可享受優(yōu)惠價(jià)接送機(jī)服務(wù)。從此以后，搭乘南航國(guó)際航班，從家門(mén)口到登機(jī)一步到位，省去轉(zhuǎn)車(chē)的疲憊。

Advantages of Chauffeur Service:

①One-time booking for the package of air and ground transportation services;

②No concerns over obtaining invoices or reimbursement hassles, as the service suite is printed on one itinerary just like connecting fl ight tickets;

③One car for each booking so no worries over sharing the car with strangers, as only the persons you choose will be riding with you;

④Professional service from a team of fully licensed drivers who drive licensed vehicles rather than private cars booked from the Internet;

⑤In the event of a fl ight schedule change, the passenger will be contacted for any adjustment to drop-off/pick-up time; should the passenger miss his or her flight due to any reason other than his orher own fault, China Southern will be responsible for booking an alternative flight; should there be any delay to an arriving fl ight, the driver will wait unconditionally to pick up the passenger;

⑥The whole trip is insured, including the ground transportation, to keep the experience hassle-free;

⑦Preferential rates: preferential or complimentary ground transportation service will apply to different cabin classes of air travel; no mileage limit within the service range; and no toll charge.
