Building Index System of Tourism Environmental Impact Assessment in the Desert Park Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making Method

Background In order to protect the integrity of desert ecosystem and maintain the ecological service function of desert ecological，it is necessary to formulate a set of a scientific method and a model of tourism environment impact assessment system for desert park．The key for this job is to select effective and practical evaluation index system and model．This paper would summarize the literature about desert tourism environment impact assessment and analyze its characteristics and limitations．

Methods The information entropy and intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making method of evidence theory can be used for comprehensive evaluation of tourism environmental impact for desert park．In order to solve the problem of the uncertainty in establishing the evaluation index system，this paper takes the Kubuji seven Xinghu desert park in Inner Mongolia for instance to establish the evaluation index system model and tries to establish a set of a distinct index system．

Results Selecting the distinct indexes is the main work to build the index system．Alternative indicators are screened mainly according to the advice through experts consulting and the reference of existing research results．Then reusing the intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making method to evaluate specific indicators，at last influential tertiary indicators will be selected according to the final assessment result．The built index system has 3 aspects obtains：the natural ecological environment influence，social and cultural impact on the environment and economic environment influence．Meanwhile，the built index system sets up 8 secondary indexes and 37 third-level indicators．In order to effectively develop tourism environment impact evaluation for desert park and can provide the certain reference significance．This paper take Kubuji seven Xinghu desert park for example，index selection is mainly based on expert consult suggestions as well as the reference of existing research results，and then alternative indicators will be screened．Then the intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making method will be used to evaluate specific indicators，according to the final assessment result influential and representative tertiary indicators will be selected．At finally，the three-level index system will be selected．

Conclusions and Discussions In order to develop，utilize and protect desert resources，the decision-making method for evaluating environment impact in desert park tourism is proposed based on information entropy and DS evidence theory，meanwhile，the desert tourism environment can be more objective and accurate evaluated．The characteristics of relative entropy is used to measure the probability distribution difference for solving the problem of objective quantitative attribute weights．In addition，the intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making method is set up based on the nature of D-S evidence theory，then establishing the effective decision-making evaluation model．Using the intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method to build index system is not only to improve the system of fuzzy decision theory，and also to solve the problem of uncertainty in decision-making in the field of practical application and to provide a theoretical and technical support．And the intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making model provides a new train of thought and method to further improve the desert park evaluation index system of environmental impact assessment．There are many shortcomings in setting up the index system，such as evaluating some descriptive indicators need to be more rigorous systematic assessment，judging indicators mainly depend on the method of expert consultation，etc．On the other hand，the selection indicators would exist certain differences because of the different natural geographical conditions，economies and cultural environment．So how to better reflect the difference in the index system，it needs further modification and expansion to the model．
