教學(xué)內(nèi)容:五年級下冊Uint3 Asking the way My reading
教學(xué)目標(biāo):
1、能聽懂、會說、會讀、會拼寫單詞、詞組和句子。
2、學(xué)生能夠運用所學(xué)知識正確表達(dá)如何到達(dá)某地。
3、通過學(xué)習(xí)本單元的知識,讓學(xué)生能夠?qū)W會用英語問路或者幫助別人指路。
教學(xué)過程:
Step1 Pre-reading
1.Know something about students
T:What’s your name? Nice to meet you.How many people are there in your family?(You look so sweet,I think that maybe a sweet family)
T:You look strong,so you like sports right? What sports do you like? Can you show our some action? Wonderful!
【設(shè)計意圖】通過師生的介紹,拉近師生距離,營造英語學(xué)習(xí)的氛圍,為下面英語的學(xué)習(xí)做準(zhǔn)備。
2.Know something about me
Say a chant about me.
T:Just now,I know some of you.And now,do you want to know me? So listen to me.
【設(shè)計意圖】通過Chant說唱的形式來進(jìn)行自我介紹,并做適當(dāng)鋪墊,I like sports,I come to school on foot,從而引出下面的Miss Wang每天上班步行的路線圖。
3.Show the way from home to Dafeng Primary School and Yancheng Primary School
Teach some phrases:turn right,turn left,go long,traffic lights,get on,get off,walk to.
【設(shè)計意圖】通過向?qū)W生展示Miss chen每天上班的路線圖,讓學(xué)生理解turn left,turn right,traffic lights,go along this street。通過向?qū)W生展示今天乘公交車來鹽城的圖片,讓學(xué)生理解get on,get off,walk to。為下面的對話理解掃清閱讀障礙。
4.Look and say
Show the traffic signs and let students try to say the meanings.
【設(shè)計意圖】讓學(xué)生操練turn left/right,go long this street.
Step2 While-reading
1.Show my friend and present the title.
T:She doesn’t know the way.What should she do?
【設(shè)計意圖】出示Amy Brown的圖片,讓學(xué)生根據(jù)兩個hints來說一說Amy Brwon,并通過“What should she do” She should ask the way 來揭題。
2.Listen and answer.
T:Where does Amy Brown want to go? Teach:History Museum
【設(shè)計意圖】讓學(xué)生聽錄音,找出Amy想去的兩個地方,整體理解對話。
3.Read,draw and find
Students read the dialogue,draw the lines and circle History Museum and bookshop.
Finish by yourself and then discuss in groups.
【設(shè)計意圖】讓學(xué)生先獨立閱讀,畫出路線圖,圈出這兩個地方,再進(jìn)行小組討論,建構(gòu)對對話的細(xì)節(jié)理解。
4.Read and find
Students read the dialogue again and find how Amy Brown asks the way.
【設(shè)計意圖】讓學(xué)生再讀對話,找出Amy問路的句型,同時指導(dǎo)學(xué)生如何禮貌地進(jìn)行問路。
5.Let’s practice
Look at the map carefully and try to ask and answer.One is asking the way,one is showing the way.
【設(shè)計意圖】讓學(xué)生根據(jù)地圖上的路線和黑板上板書的句型來操練如何問路和指路,實現(xiàn)語言的輸出。
Step3 Post-reading
1.Ask the way in our “Mini City”.
【設(shè)計意圖】創(chuàng)設(shè)了一個虛擬的情境,里面有大豐市區(qū)的一些路和路名,讓學(xué)生在虛擬的迷你城市里來問路和指路,將所學(xué)的語言運用到自己的生活中去,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生“用英語”的能力。
2.Image time:if there’s no policeman,what can Amy Brown do?
Helping others makes yourself happy.
【設(shè)計意圖】通過對學(xué)生的回答,Amy會問路邊其他的陌生人,進(jìn)而反問學(xué)生如果你是其中的那些陌生人中的一個,你會幫助Amy Brown嗎?進(jìn)而對學(xué)生進(jìn)行情感教育“Helping others makes yourself happy.”
3.Ticking time.
【設(shè)計意圖】讓學(xué)生圍繞本課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行自我評價,鍛煉了學(xué)生自我評價的能力。
