Brasserie Réjane - Traditional Parisian Brasserie

Brasserie Rejane餐廳位于酒店的一層，緊挨著酒店門臉。占據(jù)如此有利位置，餐廳定位成酒店住客、過(guò)往游客和本地人都會(huì)光顧的傳統(tǒng)巴黎小館。臨歌劇院大街的一面全部采用落地透明玻璃門窗，透過(guò)落地大窗，主廳的“一棵白色葉樹”枝繁葉茂，欣欣向榮之勢(shì)讓人眼前一亮，起到了非常好的招攬效果。繞樹一周鋪設(shè)舒適的沙發(fā)長(zhǎng)椅，擺上一圈小桌，人們?cè)跇湎戮筒?，平添了一份趣味?/p>

有樹的主廳與另外三個(gè)廳相連，供客人自由選擇不同的體驗(yàn)：一處是酒吧臺(tái)，擺設(shè)舒適的高腳凳和靠背長(zhǎng)沙發(fā)，墻壁上是彩繪銅鏡和組合畫；一處以冬日溫室花園為主題，由銅制綠葉裝飾；另有一處隱蔽的角落，燈光柔和氛圍私密。游客和本地人鄰桌而坐，品嘗羊角面包配咖啡的經(jīng)典早餐，或焦糖布丁、海鯛韃靼、土豆泥焗鴨肉等法式小食，再小酌一杯，都是地道的巴黎式體驗(yàn)。

Brasserie Réjane is located on the first floor of the hotel， next to the hotel front. Occupying such a favorable position， the restaurant is positioned as the new living place for locals and travellers. The side facing the opera street is installed with all-transparent French window. The passers-by can view the centerpiece – \"a white leafy tree\" from the outside， and will certainly be stunned with its luxuriant foliage. The guests can enjoy the meals on the long sofa circling around the tree， which makes up a quite interesting experience.

The main hall with the tree is also connected with three other halls for guests to choose how different they want their experiences to be： one is the bar counter， embellished with brass and painted mirrors， with comfortable bar stools and long sofa with backrest； one is a winter garden greenhouse， planted with bronze flowers； and the last is a private nook with the soft geometric lighting. Here， tourists and the locals sit next to each other， enjoying the classic Parisian breakfast with croissants and coffee， Crème Caramel， sea-bream tartar， duck parmentier， and all the other French snacks that make up an authentic Paris experience.
