Accor Hotels keeps spreading its wings with Banyan Tree deal

12月8日，新加坡悅榕集團宣布與雅高酒店集團達成戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，至此，雅高集團將以2400萬新元的價格（約1690萬美元）收購悅榕集團5%的股權，以強制性可轉換債券的形式支付，此外，雅高還擁有收購額外5%股權的選擇權。

交易完成后，悅榕集團將接入雅高全球預定和銷售網(wǎng)，以及雅高的會員忠誠計劃樂雅匯。

雅高酒店集團董事長兼首席執(zhí)行官塞巴斯蒂安·巴贊表示，此次合作是雅高集團與標志性品牌互補的良機，并認為此舉有望加強雅高在奢華酒店市場的領導地位。他堅信：“我們的投資將為我們的股東創(chuàng)造更大的利益?！?/p>

Banyan Tree Holdings on December 8th announced that Accor Hotels has taken a 5% stake in the company with an initial investment of S$24 million （US$16.9 million） to collaborate long-term on the development of Banyan Tree-branded hotels around the world. This investment will be made through a mandatory convertible debenture with Accor Hotels having an option to purchase an additional approximately 5% stake.

Banyan Tree will also have access to Accor Hotels' global reservations and sales network， as well as its loyalty program Le Club Accor Hotels.
