Chinese textile industry association president Sun Ruizhe, deputy party secretary Chen Weikang, vice president Li Lingshen, President of Chinese dyeing and printing industry association Chen Zhihua, former president Li Jinbao, Chinese Textile Information Center Deputy Director Yan Yan, Dong Kuiyong, the Ministry of environmental protection Environmental Planning Institute of water environment planning department Total Control Center Deputy researcher Zhang Wenjing, environmental protection Research Institute of Light Industry Deputy Director Sun Xiaofeng the leading Chinese light industry cleaner production center and the guests, part of the local textile industry association, industrial cluster leadership; universities and scientific research institutions, experts, scholars and business representatives; printing and dyeing industry; environmental protection experts and news media reporters, a total of more than 300 people attended the annual meeting. The meeting was held by the vice president of China printing and dyeing industry association Li Ruiping, deputy secretary general Dong Shuxiu,Sun Ruizhe made a speech over the General Assembly.

The theme of the conference is "quality and effciency of green development, analysis of the" 13th Five-Year "printing and dyeing industry, green development and energy saving and environmental protection policy, the current focus of the wastewater of printing and dyeing enterprises, emission standards, wastewater treatment and reuse, resource conservation and effcient utilization, lively discussion and exchange of international environmental protection regulations and new progress and other hot issues.

生態(tài)文明建設首次寫進國家五年規(guī)劃的目標任務，綠色發(fā)展是國家“十三五”五大發(fā)展理念之一，成為中國經濟社會發(fā)展的主流和方向，這既是印染行業(yè)加強環(huán)境保護的強大動力，也面臨著巨大壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。為進一步引導和推動印染企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新、轉型升級，全面節(jié)約和高效利用資源能源，減輕污染排放，促進環(huán)境治理，由中國印染行業(yè)協(xié)會主辦、恒天立信工業(yè)有限公司協(xié)辦的“2016恒天立信全國印染行業(yè)節(jié)能環(huán)保年會”于11月29-30日在山東省青島市召開。

中國紡織工業(yè)聯合會會長孫瑞哲、黨委副書記陳偉康、副會長李陵申，中國印染行業(yè)協(xié)會會長陳志華、原會長李金寶，中國紡織信息中心副主任閻巖、董奎勇，環(huán)境保護部環(huán)境規(guī)劃院水環(huán)境規(guī)劃部總量控制中心副研究員張文靜，中國輕工業(yè)清潔生產中心輕工業(yè)環(huán)境保護研究所副主任孫曉峰等領導和嘉賓，部分地方紡織印染行業(yè)協(xié)會、產業(yè)集群地領導；大專院校及科研機構專家、學者；印染及相關行業(yè)企業(yè)代表；環(huán)保領域資深專家以及新聞媒體記者等共300余人參加了年會。會議由中國印染行業(yè)協(xié)會副會長李瑞萍，副秘書長董淑秀主持。孫瑞哲為此次大會致辭。

本屆年會主題是“提質增效 綠色發(fā)展”，對“十三五”印染行業(yè)綠色發(fā)展和節(jié)能環(huán)保政策進行解析，就印染企業(yè)當前關注的廢水、廢氣排放標準、廢水深度處理及回用、資源節(jié)約與高效利用、國際環(huán)保法規(guī)新進展等熱點問題展開熱烈的研討和交流。
