一切努力都是為了企業(yè)最有效的展示

——訪中國國際貿(mào)促會紡織行業(yè)分會副會長梁鵬程

盡管近幾年中國紡織行業(yè)增速有所放緩，但我們發(fā)現(xiàn)近幾屆中國國際紡織機(jī)械展覽會暨ITMA亞洲展都保持了較快的增長速度，參展規(guī)模也在不斷擴(kuò)大。

除了展示技術(shù)與創(chuàng)新等解決方案外，展會還是展示創(chuàng)新趨勢的窗口，銜接上下游的紐帶。而中國國際紡織機(jī)械展覽會暨ITMA亞洲展在展示技術(shù)創(chuàng)新成果、引導(dǎo)創(chuàng)新方面的作用更為突出。本屆展會依然按照工藝分區(qū)布局設(shè)計(jì)。由于地形的復(fù)雜性，主辦方經(jīng)過無數(shù)次圖紙修改才完成了展館設(shè)計(jì)。我們反復(fù)修訂圖紙考慮最多的因素只有一個，那就是企業(yè)如何利用空間進(jìn)行最合理、最有效的展示。

遷新址辦展會，對于展會組織者而言充滿挑戰(zhàn)。如何規(guī)劃展館布局？如何解決各種展出的能源需求問題？如何導(dǎo)引觀眾有效觀展？一系列的問題讓組織者絞盡腦汁，為此，我們無數(shù)次擬定、修訂了布展方案。

為創(chuàng)造良好的展會環(huán)境，本屆展會鼓勵觀眾提前預(yù)約。一方面，為了節(jié)省觀眾的排隊(duì)時間，展會繼續(xù)大力推動觀眾預(yù)登記工作。觀眾售票已開通網(wǎng)上支付平臺，微信登錄平臺也已經(jīng)上線，多項(xiàng)新舉措讓觀眾預(yù)登記更加便利。另一方面，展會現(xiàn)場將增設(shè)更多登錄柜臺，分散人流，減少排隊(duì)時間，提升觀眾觀展體驗(yàn)。此外，主辦方對從展館布局到通道設(shè)計(jì)再到現(xiàn)場導(dǎo)引等環(huán)節(jié)均進(jìn)行了一系列周密規(guī)劃。比如，在場館與場館之間增設(shè)入口，進(jìn)一步提高了展館開放性；通過與專業(yè)公司合作，實(shí)現(xiàn)展館快速導(dǎo)航服務(wù)等等。

In spite of the slowdown in China’s textile industry in recent years， the previous editions of ITMA ASIA + CITME have maintained a relatively rapid growth and enjoyed increasingly expanding exhibition space.

In addition to demonstrating technology and innovation solutions， the show is a window of innovation trends and a link between the upstream and downstream sectors. ITMA ASIA + CITME has been playing a more prominent role in displaying technological innovation achievements and guiding innovation. The exhibition layout this year is still designed in accordance with various processes. Owing to the complex structure of various halls， the organizers had made numerous drawings before seeing the completed revision of the pavilion design. “We revised the drawings once and once again mainly to help the enterprises for the most reasonable and most effective display through making full use of the space.”

Moving to a new place is full of challenges for the organizers. How to plan the layout of the exhibition hall？ How to solve the energy needs of various exhibitions？How to guide the audience to effectively visit the show？ Facing a series of problems，we have tried many times to develop and revise the exhibition layout program.

In order to create a good exhibition environment， the audience are encouraged to make an appointment in advance this year. On the one hand， in order to save the visitors queuing time， the exhibition will continue to vigorously promote the preregistration. A number of new initiatives have made the audience pre-registration more convenient， for example， the online payment platform has been available for audience to purchase badges， while We-Chat login platform has also been on-line. On the other hand， there will be more logon counters at the venue to reduce queuing time， improving the visiting experience for the visitors. In addition， the organizers have conducted a series of careful planning in the aspects of the hall layout， the passageway design and the on-spot guiding work. For example， entrances are increased between two halls， further enhancing the openness of the exhibition halls， while the cooperation with professional companies can ensure the visitors a rapid navigation of the halls.
