YoungBird的新辦公室位于一個(gè)舊廠房改造而來的辦公園區(qū)，這里原來是上海鋼琴廠舊址。二樓的兩個(gè)相鄰的坡頂房間，他們打算把這里簡單裝修改造為新工作場所。這兩個(gè)相鄰的房子原來都是普通的坡頂房子，簡單的輕鋼屋架結(jié)構(gòu)，室內(nèi)空間一高一低，相互緊靠在一起，原來僅靠一個(gè)門洞聯(lián)通。

改造工作動(dòng)作比較“輕”，主要是空間整理與調(diào)整。兩個(gè)房間，高的一間作為主要的工作場所，同時(shí)利用東部的陽臺(tái)空間擴(kuò)展搭建了一個(gè)小型的會(huì)議室，補(bǔ)充了辦公空間的功能需要。低的一間作為多功能室、辦公室，原來居中的大通風(fēng)井道被整理出來作為財(cái)務(wù)室。主入口在高的房間，與室內(nèi)有1.5m高差，一條坡道將人首先引到低房間的多功能區(qū)，從那里再去相關(guān)的工作場所?？臻g調(diào)整的第二項(xiàng)重要處理是把左右兩個(gè)原來相互隔絕的房子盡量在感受上連通起來。兩個(gè)房間之間的山墻被開了3個(gè)洞口：左右兩個(gè)作為使用上的門洞，中間的大洞口與天窗結(jié)合在一起作為空間聯(lián)通的主要元素，這個(gè)空間事實(shí)上是用虛擬長方體在山墻屋頂交接處相交“減”出來的形式。在這個(gè)形似小天井的洞口空間里可以看見高低房間的輕鋼屋架重疊，有意思的空間景觀把兩個(gè)房間聯(lián)系在一起。

室內(nèi)大面積采用了公司標(biāo)識(shí)的主題顏色，嫩綠色與黃色。燈光設(shè)計(jì)采用了普通的日光燈，不同功能的房間用燈帶處理成不同的情境。主要的辦公區(qū)一條條平行的光線整齊地劃過上空，多功能區(qū)采用空間中交錯(cuò)的光線。這些形態(tài)不同的光線交錯(cuò)在一起仿佛是星際戰(zhàn)場的景象。

1從高空間看大洞口天窗/View from high space to skylight

The new office of the YoungBird is located in a remolded office park at the site of the former Shanghai piano Factory. On the second floor were two adjacent rooms with slope roofs， which they intended to make their new working place with simple renovation work. Both rooms originally had common slope roofs with simple light steel trusses； the interior spaces， one high and the other low， were immediately adjacent to each other and interconnected only through a single doorway.

The renovation work has a rather light touch， focusing mainly on spatial organization and adjustment. The higher one of the two rooms is used as the main working space， while the patio space on the east side is expanded to form a small meeting room as a supplement to the need of office space. The lower room serves as a multi-function hall and also an office. The existing grand ventilation shaft in the middle is cleared up to serve as the accounting office. The main entrance is set 1.5m above the interior ground of the higher room， where a ramp leads one first to the multi-function space of the lower room， and from there one gets to related working areas. The second important treatment in spatial adjustment is the three perforations on the gable wall between the two rooms， in an attempt to maximize communication between the originally isolated spaces. The two perforations on the left and right sides are used as doorways， while the large one in the middle is combined with skylights to become the main element for spatial

connection. This space is actually formed by means of subtracting a virtual cuboid from the roof of the gable wall. From this little courtyard one can see the light steel roof trusses of the high and low rooms overlapping one another，an interesting view that spatially unites the two rooms.

The interior makes extensive use of the company's logo colors: light green and yellow. Lighting design adopts common fluorescent lamps， with different lighting contexts representing different room functions. The main office area features parallel light bands neatly sweeping overhead， while the multi-function space has intersecting beams of light that bring to mind the classic scenes in Star Wars.（Translated by LIU Chen）

李曉峰：正如設(shè)計(jì)人所言，這個(gè)YoungBird新辦公室改造是以“輕”為特征的。所謂設(shè)計(jì)，在這里就是“輕輕”地介入，以較少的介入元素重新整理、激活空間，而原有廠房的特征性元素被有意識(shí)地保留。門窗之“洞”的處理、材質(zhì)和色彩的恰當(dāng)運(yùn)用，以及辦公家具的陳設(shè)，有效地使既有的不同空間得以關(guān)聯(lián)?？傮w上看，閱讀這樣的空間組織，給人影響至深的，不僅是“輕”，還有“巧”。

Li Xiaofeng： As what the designer says， the renovation of Youngbird's new office is characterized by "lightness." The so-called design here is to "gently" intervene， with fewer elements to refresh and activate space， while consciously retaining the featured elements of the original plant. The existing different spaces are effectively linked together by skillfully handling doors and windows， properly using materials and colors， as well as furnishing the office furniture. Overall， this spatial organization impresses people with both "lightness" and "artfulness."

范路：YoungBird新辦公室是由原上海鋼琴廠二樓兩個(gè)相鄰的坡頂房間改造而成。如何將兩個(gè)原本隔絕的房間連通起來既是設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)，也是空間表現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn)。兩個(gè)房間一高一低，主入口在高房間，但卻用坡道將人先引到低房間。這就制造了一種空間體驗(yàn)上的整體感。此外，設(shè)計(jì)師在兩個(gè)房間之間的山墻上開了3個(gè)洞。左右兩個(gè)為門洞，而中間與天窗結(jié)合的大洞口讓一個(gè)房間中的人能看到另一房間中的空間景致。再者，統(tǒng)一的嫩綠色屋頂和梁架以及穿過山墻洞口的燈帶，進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化了兩個(gè)空間的聯(lián)系。

FAN Lu： The new office of YoungBird located in the original site of the Shanghai piano Company is a renovation project of two ordinary adjacent rooms with pitched roofs on the second floor. Then how to integrate the once isolated spaces becomes not only the key to design but the emphasis of space expression as well. The two rooms are of different height. The main entrance is in the higher space，through which a ramp leads people first to the lower space. The circulation arrangement makes people feel two spaces as a whole when entering the office. Furthermore， three holes have been cut on the gable separating those two rooms. Two holes at both sides serve as actual doors， and the large central hole， along with the skylight， allows people in one room to see through and appreciate the spatial scene in another room. In addition， the spatial connection is reinforced by the fluorescent lamps flying through the central hole and the same verdancy color painted on the roofs and beams of those two rooms.
