巴士一汽停車庫曾是上海市區(qū)最大的立體公交停車場，其結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔、清晰，韻律感強(qiáng)。改建策略是創(chuàng)造一個(gè)開放的創(chuàng)意辦公空間，將“機(jī)器使用”的場所營造成為“人使用”的場所。改建基本保留了原有的3層混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，并通過鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加建兩層作為中小型辦公區(qū)域。加建部分似玻璃盒子懸浮于原結(jié)構(gòu)上方，與原有混凝土建筑厚重的形體形成對(duì)比。考慮到原建筑75m進(jìn)深不利于辦公空間的通風(fēng)采光要求，設(shè)計(jì)局部拆除樓板形成景觀內(nèi)院和采光天井，并與四層的屋面綠化共同形成多層次的景觀空間，優(yōu)化環(huán)境，提升辦公空間品質(zhì)和空間趣味性，最大限度地激發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)師的創(chuàng)作潛能?！?/p>

The Parking Garage of Shanghai Bus No.1 used to be the largest vertical bus parking garage in downtown Shanghai. 7.5m in width and 15m in length, it was a three-storied, concreteframed structure with the floor height at 5m-6m. It feathered a rhythmical, minimalist and even monotonous structural form. The biggest challenge faced by the renovation lies in how modern design approaches could be applied so that the venue once for the use of vehicle could be now transformed for the use of human. The renovation basically remains the original three-level concrete structure, with two added levels supported by steel framework that suspends over the original building in the form of a glass box. The original parking garage is massive in volume reaching 75m in depth, but the office building requires connectivity between indoor space and nature to facilitate ventilation and natural lighting. Therefore, the conflict arises between transparency and solidness. Our design adopts the strategy of removing floor slabs to form an enclosed courtyard and create a multi-level landscaping through courtyard water and vegetation on terrace, roof and elsewhere in order to refine office space and inspire creative potentiality of designers.□
