優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在口腔門診中的應(yīng)用效果分析

目的:分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在口腔門診中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:選取2016年5月~2016年7月于我院口腔門診進(jìn)行治療的患者240例為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各120例。對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù),觀察組采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)。結(jié)果:觀察組的護(hù)理質(zhì)量明顯高于對(duì)照組。觀察組護(hù)理有效率和滿意度分別為95.8%和98.3%,對(duì)照組護(hù)理有效率和滿意度分別為84.2%和87.5%,P均<0.05,差異具有顯著性。結(jié)論:口腔門診經(jīng)優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)后,護(hù)理質(zhì)量及患者滿意度均得到明顯提高,值得臨床推廣使用。

常規(guī)護(hù)理由于其一成不變的模式,很難適應(yīng)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,也難以滿足患者的需要,在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上作出改進(jìn)是促進(jìn)護(hù)理專業(yè)化、??苹M(jìn)程的重要步驟[1]。由于口腔門診患者流動(dòng)性較大,就診人員病情復(fù)雜,就診時(shí)間不確定,因此運(yùn)用全方位、高質(zhì)量的優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)做好口腔門診治療工作是護(hù)理人員應(yīng)高度重視的[2]。為此,我院選取240例口腔門診患者對(duì)其分別進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理和全方位優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù),現(xiàn)將結(jié)果報(bào)道如下:
1.1 臨床資料
選取2016年5月~2016年7月于我院口腔門診進(jìn)行治療的患者240例為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各120例。男性128例,女性112例,年齡18~73歲,平均(44.9±8.3)歲,兩組患者在年齡、性別構(gòu)成比、病程等基本資料方面進(jìn)行比較,P均>0.05,兩組患者具有可比性。
1.2 方法
對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù),觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行全方位的優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù),具體護(hù)理措施如下:(1)制定心理干預(yù)計(jì)劃:口腔門診患者因?qū)谇患膊『拖嚓P(guān)治療措施缺乏了解等因素可產(chǎn)生牙科焦慮癥,因此護(hù)理人員需對(duì)口腔門診患者的心理狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)估,了解患者產(chǎn)生焦慮、不安、恐懼、緊張等情緒的原因,對(duì)上述原因進(jìn)行分析,并根據(jù)患者具體心理狀況為患者制定相應(yīng)的心理干預(yù)計(jì)劃[3-4]。(2)提升護(hù)理人員服務(wù)理念和服務(wù)技能:通過聘請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外專家,對(duì)護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行相關(guān)的專業(yè)培訓(xùn),從而確保護(hù)理人員更好地服務(wù)于患者[5]。(3)建立優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理制度,積極獲取醫(yī)院重視與支持:積極制定相關(guān)的優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理制度,并且獲得院部支持和重視,人人掌握并落實(shí)到工作中,護(hù)理部抽查、整改,使其成為職業(yè)習(xí)慣,讓患者真正受益。
1.3 評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
對(duì)兩組患者的口腔疾病治療效果、護(hù)理管理形式的滿意程度等情況進(jìn)行比較。
1.4 統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理
對(duì)文中所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理,軟件選用SPSS15.0。當(dāng)P<0.05時(shí),表示具有顯著性差異。
240 例患者的臨床護(hù)理結(jié)果見表1:

由表1可得,觀察組護(hù)理治愈率為95.8%,對(duì)照組護(hù)理治愈率為84.2%,觀察組治療效果明顯高于對(duì)照組。與對(duì)照組相比,采用全方位的優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)后,患者護(hù)理滿意度也得到了明顯改善。兩組各檢測(cè)指標(biāo)P均<0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。
本文研究結(jié)果表明,在常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用全方位的優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù),其患者護(hù)理有效率高達(dá)95.8%,明顯高于常規(guī)護(hù)理取得的有效率84.2%;護(hù)理滿意度高達(dá)98.3%,也明顯高于常規(guī)護(hù)理的87.5%。因此,加強(qiáng)口腔門診患者的優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)于患者的疾病的治療與康復(fù)有著不可替代的作用[6]。通過對(duì)口腔門診進(jìn)行全方位的優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)后,護(hù)理質(zhì)量及患者滿意度均得到了明顯提高,值得臨床推廣使用。

The application effect of high quality nursing service in the patients with dental clinicy

Objective:The application effect of high quality nursing service in the patients with dental clinicy.Methods:240 cases of patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,120 cases in the control group,120 cases in the control group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine department of respiration nursing,and the observation group were treated with the high quality nursing servivce intervention.Results:The quality of care in the observation group is higher than the control group.Observation group nursing efficiency and satisfaction degree was higher than 95.8% and 98.3%,and the control group was 84.2% and 87.5%,P<0.05,the difference was significant.Conclusion:The high quality nursing servivce intervention is able to improve the quality of nursing and increase the satisfaction degree of patients.It is worth to promote a wide range of use.
