摘 要：該研究重點開發(fā)深水油氣資源勘探開發(fā)技術與裝備，解決制約我國深海油氣勘探開發(fā)技術與裝備開發(fā)瓶頸性問題，掌握具有我國特色的、擁有自主知識產權的深水油氣勘探開發(fā)核心技術，研制一批重大裝備，打破國外的技術壟斷，實現(xiàn)我國深水油氣勘探開發(fā)技術的跨越式發(fā)展。

Abstract：The mission team is strictly according to Year Programme and Evaluation Index specified by contract to draw up task implementation schedule， and coordinate with other firms to figure out 5 branch of task seriously. It has finished fundamental research task for contract specified before the critical time point. The mission teams also hold a internal evaluation meeting in Dong Ying at Aug. 2014. The significant point is to discuss the main issue among the firms and the way to solve these issues， to evaluate the key achievements of firms last year. Achievement.
