First,we should have a balanced diet.we should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of junk food. Meat is also necessary,but we cant eat it too much. Second,we should take more exercise every day. Doing exercise can make us stronger and keep away from illness.Third, We should get enough sleep ,we shouldnt stay up late.Go to bed early and get up early so that we can be full of energy.Finally,happiness is also important to our health. Smile often,be friendly to others,you will feel happy.
