教學(xué)目標(biāo)：通過拼讀、朗誦、閱讀等方式，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、體驗(yàn)并記憶AI，AY字母組合在單詞中的發(fā)音。能運(yùn)用所學(xué)，聽出、讀出、寫出符合發(fā)音規(guī)律的課標(biāo)規(guī)定的含有AI，AY的單詞。通過閱讀，提高學(xué)生詞匯量，開闊其視野，培養(yǎng)其積極的情感態(tài)度。

選取內(nèi)容：以PEP五年級(jí)上冊(cè)第五單元為藍(lán)本，同時(shí)加入了其他版本教材中含有AI,AY字母組合的單詞。為鞏固所學(xué)，還涉及了含有AI，AY的非課標(biāo)類單詞。

設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)及建議：本設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)短課時(shí)、高頻率、多接觸的英語教學(xué)原則而做短課時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)。AI與AY字母組合分別設(shè)計(jì)了三個(gè)短課時(shí)，每個(gè)短課時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)用時(shí)建議不超過三到五分鐘，非課標(biāo)類單詞只需要會(huì)讀，能看圖片知道意思即可。

教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)：

短課時(shí)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)一

1.First let’s sing a song:“Rain,rain,go away”.Then write the title on the blackboard.

2.In this song,we sing“Rain, rain, go away”. I pronounce“rain”as r-ai-nrain.Listen again,so how to read“ai”?What about“ain”?學(xué)生說出讀音并反復(fù)朗讀ain/ein/。

3.Now let’s read more words with “ain”.Show them Pic.1 and ask students to read by themselves.

So you can see,ifyou remember “ain”,you can read and write many words with“ain”.So come on,let’s look at Pic.2.Read again and try to remember the words.

1.First show the story about“two snails”,ask them to read or act.

2.T:Do you remember the song“Rain,rain,go away,come again anotherday”? In this song,we got“Rain,again,away,day”(Show on PPT).Look at the fourwords.What’sthesame among them? Yes.“ai” /ei/,“ay”/ei/too.Theyhavethe same kind of pronunciation.PPT shows “ai”and“ay”,lead to read.Ask some students to read.

We have learned some words with “ay”,can you remember?Ask some students to say some words with“ay”.The students may say:Day,today,way, away, Monday... Board them as this:

Line 1:Day,may,way,away,play,stay

Line 2:Today,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday

T:Listen carefully.Are all of the “ay”s make the same sound?Yes,they are different.“Ay” has two kinds of pronunciation.One is/eI/,the other is/I/.Look at the two lines again.Can you find out when “ay”is/eI/and when“ay”is/I/?(聽錄音或聽教師示范朗讀，發(fā)現(xiàn)其中的不同，找出規(guī)律，教師適當(dāng)點(diǎn)撥，再認(rèn)讀單詞。)
