Born in Chengdu City， Sichuan Province in 1958， Zhang Lingyun is a member both of Sichuan Branch of China Artists Association and Chengdu Artists Association， painter of Xu Beihong and Zhang Daqian Arts Research Institute in Sichuan， Bashu Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute and Oil Paintings Sub-institute of Sichuan Branch of China Painting and Calligraphy Academy etc. He has devoted himself to the creation of fine arts for more than 40 years， gaining lots of achievements. Many of his artworks have been collected by famous museums， organizations and individuals.

張凌云，四川省成都市人，出生于1958年。全國(guó)著名電影宣傳畫(huà)家張白河之子?，F(xiàn)為中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)四川分會(huì)會(huì)員 ， 成都市美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員 ， 成都市政協(xié)書(shū)畫(huà)院畫(huà)家 ，四川華西徐悲鴻張大千藝術(shù)研究院畫(huà)家，四川巴蜀詩(shī)書(shū)畫(huà)研究會(huì)、巴蜀書(shū)畫(huà)研究院畫(huà)家，四川真善藝術(shù)館簽約畫(huà)家，中國(guó)書(shū)畫(huà)院四川分院油畫(huà)院畫(huà)家。

從事美術(shù)專業(yè)40余年。入編《中國(guó)文藝家傳集》、《華夏人物傳記》。2013至2014年分別入編由中國(guó)國(guó)際集郵網(wǎng)聯(lián)合中國(guó)郵政面向全國(guó)發(fā)行的《美麗中國(guó)》、《慶祝中華人民共和國(guó)成立65周年》主題郵票、電話卡、明信片及珍藏郵冊(cè)。2015年5月入編面向全球出版發(fā)行的《慶祝中美建交36周年——中美杰出華人系列郵票》。2014年3月被評(píng)選為中國(guó)首屆網(wǎng)絡(luò)美展優(yōu)秀藝術(shù)家。2015年4月獲得中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)美展組委會(huì)頒發(fā)的“最具市場(chǎng)潛力藝術(shù)家”稱號(hào)，入編《盛世收藏——首屆中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)美展獲獎(jiǎng)作品集》。2011年12月天津人民美術(shù)出版社出版發(fā)行《盛世珍藏·名家名作精選》張凌云作品集。作品多次參加市、省、全國(guó)美術(shù)展覽并獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，在美術(shù)專業(yè)報(bào)刊發(fā)表，被國(guó)內(nèi)外收藏家收藏
