3 Suggestions

3．1 The functions of the government sector

China’s relevant departments should give full play to the functions of government departments, strengthen the connection and communication between departments, do a good job of India’s anti-dumping early warning, timely to give necessary help to enterprises. To strengthen the research work of the Indian market, sums up the Indian antidumping case experience, familiar with the Indian anti-dumping law dynamic, guide enterprise production, avoid enterprise competition. At present, our country is basic industry association is established in all walks of life, but most of the industry association are lack of practical experience from anti-dumping processing.

We suggest that the industry should establish good information sharing mechanism. Make full use of the chamber of commerce in the international research activities, know the Indian market information in time. Heavy discounting aimed at our country enterprise exports, industry association should standardize the pricing behavior of the industry, to strengthen the self-discipline behavior of enterprises, to circumvent anti-dumping as a result of interacting, vicious competition.

Facing the situation of environmental cost has risen sharply in our country, Chinese should use experience of India, dedicated to the more lucrative European and American high-end export markets, rather than just focus on the low valueadded, low-margin market, improve production technology, improve product quality, to enter the high-end market,.

Make full use of the rights in the anti-dumping investigation procedure.
