（1）Discussions on the Developing History of China's Social Work

China's Social Work has irreplaceable status and effect in the whole discipline system of Social Work. We will approach the history of China's Social Work from five aspects: one basic point that means Social Work's Localization; two clues that mean Social Work's Education and Practice; three features that mean education in advance, being based on community and approaches from top to bottom; four stages that mean stage of introducing, stage of developing,stage of dormancy and stage of rebuilding; five fields that mean the history of Social Work's Practice, the developing history of Social Work Specialty; the developing history of Social Work as a subject, the developing history of Social Work Education and the researching history of Social Work.

（2）History of Social Work Education's Rising and Development in China

There are 4 dimensions to clear up History of Social work education's rising and development in china. The first is process from exotic product to be local thing, the second is systematic of social work higher education and its favor to practice, the third is Vocational training from hand by hand to organized by government, and the fourth is reconstruction and rerising of higher education. Based on above analysis, the paper emphasizes on review of construction of occupational level evaluation mechanism and population of Vocational training today, and also gives opinion to social work agencies led by teachers and its influence of higher education.

（3）History of Social Work Practice's Rising and Development in China

To clear up History of Social work practice'rising and development in china, the conception of social work practice should be defined and the difference between outside and domestic should be made clear. Based on documents, the history is divided into 3 periods: the Republic of China era, Civil Affairs From the "Soviet" and "Ningxia border region" to now, and from Professional'rebuilding and rising of social work practice and the accelerated process of professional development. Each of the above period has their inner logic and reflex the social needs.

（4）Research, Service, Training ：Construction of talents training mechanism of social work in Colleges and Universities in The Republic of China：As Yenching University, Jinling Uni-versity, for example

Strengthening social work personnel training in the period of Republic of China is to promote the China localization of social work, enhance social workers'occupation specialization and adapt to the needs of society at that time. The national government, universities and civil society organizations also have attached great importance to social work personnel training, and strive to explore the effective way of constructing"of the Trinity"social work personnel training mechanism from three aspects of legislation, training mode and training method.The construction of training mechanism for training has important enlightenment on today's social work talent: the government plays a leading role to perfect the management system of social work talent cultivation; Mobilizing civil society organizations to train social workers through multi channel; Improving the professional education of social work talents based on college training.

（5）The History, Current Situation, Problems and Future of Chinese Hospice Social Work Practice System

By adopting methods of literature review, bibliometric science, health policy research, social work practice research, fieldwork and participant observation, theoretical reflection and academic research, the author first comprehensively reviews the history stage of development and characteristics of the times of Chinese hospice social work practice system construction since the reform and opening up, and 2012 is named " the first year of China hospice",marking the coming of China hospice era. Second, from the aspects of core concepts, theoretical perspectives, basic principles, service targets, services content and priorities, service methods and techniques, social work practice procedures, practice mode, ethical and moraldilemmas, social work roles and functions, relevant theory policy and practice research and etc.,the author gives a full picture of the status and structural characteristics of Chinese hospice social work practice system. Third, the author focuses on all kinds of practical problems,structural difficulties, system obstacles and challenges in constructing Chinese hospice social work practice system, briefly analyzes the institutional and structural causes of the problem, summaries the basic ideas in responding to the problem, sums up professional action strategy and policy recommendations when facing challenges, tries to clearly define the "timetable and roadmap" of hospice social work practice system with Chinese characteristics. Last, brieflyoutline the development trend of hospice social work practice system with Chinese characteristics, indicate the development trend of Chinese hospice society work practice system, and lay foundation of professional values, health welfare theory, social work practices and social, cultural basis for hospice social work practice system with Chinese characteristics.

（6）The Influence of Helper′s Personal Traits on Social Work Counseling：Based on the Cas-es-Study of Children Education Counseling from Hua Ren Social Work Development Center

In this paper, the characteristics of the social work profession are analyzed in the theoretical level, the cases of children education counseling from Hua Ren Social Work Development Center are analyzed in the practical level. Analysis shows that：In the core areas of social work "social work counseling", because its core work hit "emotional communication" and" human relationship" level, it put forward certain requirements on the corresponding per-sonal traits and ability of counsellor. Analysis results indicate that：Sincere, natural, warm personality, good at communicate with people, good at emotional communication, strong empathy, higher comprehension and reflection ability, human curiosity, these characteristics and ability are especially important for counseling work, are conducive to the establishment of the counseling relationship and counseling effect. This conclusion is also verified：Reflection ability and these personal traits are the core and key for the required ability and characteristics of social worker.

（7）Revisiting China's Urban Home-based Care Programs For the Elderly:A Mixed Welfare Approach

China's population is aging rapidly. The population pyramid has been turned upside down. This poses a great threat to the existing household-based and institutional-based health care systems. Home-based, or community-based care program thereby emerges to meet the elderly's growing health care needs. This paper reviews the achievements as well as limitations of these programs. Using a mixed welfare approach, this paper also suggests to build cooperative ties among stakeholders, varying from the state, the market, non-profit organizations, voluntary groups, to elderly self-help groups. It is expected that such an integration will maximize the elderly's well-being.

（8）An Analysis on Women Services from a Gender Perspective:Based on Women Ser-vice Projects in Guangdong

Women services are becoming popular these years, but do they promote the women’s development and gender equality? In this paper, gender perspective is placed in the first place and that will be the lens to reflect on related projects. Firstly, claims for women service including value orientation, need analysis and interventional techniques are reviewed. Then eight standards such as women-oriented values, three roles of women, strategic gender needs, problems externalization, support group, collective response, male and female participation are developed. We found that gender perspective is far from enough in women services and their effect is debatable. This paper argues that gender equality and women welfare is the mission of women services, and the core of these projects lies in gender perspective, which is a gender sensitivity test for social workers. In order to benefit female, it is important to both raise gender awareness of social workers and establish funding/ evaluating machnisms with the perspective of gender.

（9）Community Revisited: from Gemeinschaft to Field

As an academic concept, the connotation of community changes with the change of community structure. To re-recognize the connotation of community in a complex context has become a topic of community social work. This paper reviewed the literatures in community field, and made the conclusions: first, on the static perspective, there are three main views, which include "geographical community", "non-geographical community" and "typo-logical perspective"; Second, on the dynamic perspective "community field theory" can effectively deal with the diversity of urban community. Implications of urban community work are proposed.

（10）Building Whose Community: Grassroots Governance Pattern and Its Optimization

Economic reform in the 1980s led to a drastic social change, which made the community, instead of the work unit, become the target of grassroots governance pattern. However, alongside the achievements, community also faces the difficulty of deviating from its own mission. This paper outlines the changing process of community function, namely from security to service,then to democratic construction,and points out the logic of universalism and its harm in current community building.Based on this,the necessity and task of building governance pattern in the community,together with concrete suggestions, are proposed.

（12）Taiwan Social Worker Work Characteristics and Job Satisfaction Research:For the Taic-hung Four County Employment Social Worker as the Research Object

In this study conducted by the convenience sampling approach, the social premises central Taiwan Yunlin, Miaoli, Changhua, Nantou County, four informal employment characteristics of the preparation work of the government contract social workers and job satisfaction, and found that these government contract of feminine social workers, work Experience low, the trend is turnover rate of occupational prestige in the middle level and other characteristics; low job satisfaction and other issues. This study suggests that two aspects should be taken from the ranks of their own social workers and public sector measures to enhance professional training and career incentives, optimizing the institutional environment to enhance social worker occupational status and job satisfaction.
