伴隨著重慶開放提速，十大新興產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在重慶產(chǎn)業(yè)舞臺上的“戲碼”越來越多，并且開始在2015年上半年發(fā)力成為新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)。電子核心部件、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、機(jī)器人及智能裝備、高端交通裝備、新能源汽車及智能汽車、頁巖氣等一大批項(xiàng)目相繼開工，產(chǎn)業(yè)骨架開始成型。2014年僅重慶機(jī)器人和智能裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值就達(dá)100億元。電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)2014年達(dá)到3683億元，惠普、宏碁等5家品牌企業(yè)扎根重慶，加上廣達(dá)、英業(yè)達(dá)等6家代工企業(yè)，以及875家配套企業(yè)，完整的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)已在重慶逐漸形成。

在電子核心部件產(chǎn)業(yè)方面，SK海力士芯片封裝實(shí)現(xiàn)達(dá)產(chǎn)，上半年實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值9.4億元；京東方順利實(shí)現(xiàn)投產(chǎn)，惠科金揚(yáng)液晶顯示器、富士康高清顯示模組、萊寶觸摸屏等項(xiàng)目合計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值25.1億元。

機(jī)器人及智能機(jī)床方面，華數(shù)機(jī)器人、廣數(shù)機(jī)器人已投產(chǎn)；力勁數(shù)控機(jī)床已經(jīng)完成廠房建設(shè)，臺正數(shù)控機(jī)床正在推進(jìn)廠房建設(shè)。

新材料方面，石墨烯制備取得成功，首批石墨烯手機(jī)已經(jīng)上市。

頁巖氣方面，中石化涪陵頁巖氣目前日均產(chǎn)量約1000萬方，1-6月累計(jì)產(chǎn)量9億方，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值16.3億元。

生物醫(yī)藥方面，天地藥業(yè)腫瘤類原料藥開工建設(shè)，日本Hi-Lex人工心臟項(xiàng)目已完成樣品組裝，即將進(jìn)入國家審批流程。

與此同時(shí)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)加速發(fā)展。中國聯(lián)通西部數(shù)據(jù)中心二期、騰訊云計(jì)算中心開工，中國移動(dòng)重慶數(shù)據(jù)中心一期、中國電信重慶數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)進(jìn)展順利；浪潮政務(wù)云、斐訊云計(jì)算、安碩金融云等40個(gè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目落戶我市，計(jì)劃總投資110億元。

上半年我市戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)

如今，重慶十大戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的骨架已基本成型，正在成為全市經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長點(diǎn)。

As Chongqing accelerates its opening up,the top ten emerging industrial clusters are playing more and more important roles in Chongqing industrial stage,and begin to boom to become economic new growth points in the first half of 2015.A large number of projects such as electronic core components,the Internet of Things,robot and intelligent equipment,high-end equipment,new energy vehicles and smart cars,shale gas are starting to operate in succession,which helps to form a basic industrial framework.In 2014,only the output value of robot and intelligent equipment industry in Chongqing reached 10 billion yuan,and electronic information industry was up to 368.3 billion yuan.A complete ecological system of electronic information industry has gradually formed in Chongqing with the entry of five brand companies such as Hewlett-Packard,Acer,six OEM enterprises like Quanta,Inventec and 875 supporting enterprises.

As for the industry of electronic core components,SK Hynix chip packaging has reached design capacity with output of 940 million yuan during the first half of the year;BOE Technology has smoothly put into production and some other projects like HKC Jin Yang LCD,Foxconn HD display module,Leybold touch screen have achieved total output value of 2.51 billion yuan.

In terms of robot and intelligent machines,Wasu and GSK robots have been put into production;the plant construction of Nekon CNC machine has been completed and the plant construction of Taizheng CNC machine is underway.

In new materials,the production of graphene gets successful and the first batch of graphene mobile phone already go public.

In shale gas,Fuling shale gas of Sinopec has achieved about 10 million cubes of average daily output;the total output from January to June is up to 900 million cubes,realizing the output value of 1.63 billion yuan.

In biological medicine,tumor APIs of Tiandi pharmacy has come into construction;the sample assembly of Hi - Lex artificial heart project of Japan has been completed and ready to enter the national approval process.

Meanwhile,the Internet,cloud computing,big data industry are accelerating to develop along with some construction projects such as the west data center phase II of China Unicom,Tencent cloud computing center,Chongqing data center phase I of China mobile,Chongqing data centre of China telecom are all going smoothly;40 key projects such as Wave of e-government Cloud,Fiji-cloud computing and Ishares financial cloud have settled in Chongqing with planning a total investment of 11 billion yuan.

Today,the top ten strategic emerging industries in Chongqing have basically taken shape,and are endeavoring to become new economic growth points in the whole city..
