基于醫(yī)生視角下網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境對(duì)醫(yī)患關(guān)系的影響研究

摘要〔〕通過對(duì)醫(yī)生群體的問卷調(diào)查，了解醫(yī)生上網(wǎng)習(xí)慣情況、醫(yī)生與患者的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流溝通情況、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境對(duì)醫(yī)生實(shí)際診療的影響、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下新聞媒體對(duì)醫(yī)生的影響以及醫(yī)生群體關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展對(duì)醫(yī)患關(guān)系影響的綜合看法。指出了目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境給醫(yī)患關(guān)系帶來的影響：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為一些醫(yī)生知識(shí)信息更新與積累的源地，網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為一些醫(yī)生與患者交流互動(dòng)的重要平臺(tái)，醫(yī)生需要應(yīng)對(duì)日益增多的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)型”患者，醫(yī)生對(duì)媒體負(fù)面報(bào)道的反應(yīng)性出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)變。

Abstract:Through the doctor group, the questionnaire survey to understand what the doctor online habits situation of network communication, doctors and patients, the effect of the real network environment for medical diagnosis and treatment, news media under the network environment on the influence of the doctor and the doctor group about web development comprehensive view of the impact of the doctor-patient relationship. Points out that the current network environment brings to the doctor-patient relationship: the influence of the Internet become some doctors information update and the accumulated knowledge source, network has become an important platform interaction some doctors and patients, doctors need to deal with an increasing number of network patients, the doctorshave reactive shifts to the media negative reports.

網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，使醫(yī)療行業(yè)的運(yùn)作模式、內(nèi)部關(guān)系、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)都出現(xiàn)了新的變化，醫(yī)患關(guān)系作為醫(yī)療行業(yè)內(nèi)最重要的社會(huì)關(guān)系，不可避免的受到了影響。[1]本文試圖探索醫(yī)生視角下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展對(duì)醫(yī)患關(guān)系產(chǎn)生的影響。
