2014中國生命電子學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)年會將于2014年11月9日~11日在美麗山城重慶舉行。本次會議由中國電子學(xué)會生命電子學(xué)分會主辦、重慶郵電大學(xué)承辦、中國電子學(xué)會生物醫(yī)學(xué)電子學(xué)分會與中國儀器儀表學(xué)會醫(yī)療儀器分會聯(lián)合協(xié)辦。

生命電子學(xué)是運用電子學(xué)的理論、技術(shù)和方法研究人體生命現(xiàn)象的科學(xué)，側(cè)重研究對人體健康進(jìn)行檢測、監(jiān)控和調(diào)理，以及疾病治療方面的電子學(xué)原理和方法；研究醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)業(yè)中與電子學(xué)有關(guān)的核心技術(shù)。本次會議旨在為生命電子學(xué)領(lǐng)域的專家、學(xué)者、工程師、研究生以及企業(yè)家提供一個交流平臺，報道該領(lǐng)域的新成果，了解產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新動向，反映國內(nèi)外最前沿的理念，增進(jìn)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)W者及工業(yè)界人士的交流與合作。

本次會議將將邀請國內(nèi)權(quán)威專家、學(xué)者及工業(yè)界代表就生命電子學(xué)科最新成果、發(fā)展方向及產(chǎn)業(yè)前景等方面做主題報告，促進(jìn)不同學(xué)科之間的學(xué)術(shù)交流；同時舉行數(shù)字醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品展示，直觀展現(xiàn)我國生命電子領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況，充分反映我國生命電子領(lǐng)域科研水平及產(chǎn)業(yè)前沿技術(shù)進(jìn)展，加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)界與產(chǎn)業(yè)界的交流與合作。同時，大會還將設(shè)立“CLES優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者”獎項，鼓勵青年學(xué)者在生命電子學(xué)領(lǐng)域作出創(chuàng)新性貢獻(xiàn)。

楊煥明，基因組學(xué)家，中國科學(xué)院院士，華大基因研究院理事長。2012年當(dāng)選德國科學(xué)院院士，2013年當(dāng)選美國科學(xué)院院士?，F(xiàn)為EMBO（歐洲分子生物學(xué)組織）外籍成員，EAGLES（歐洲全球生命科學(xué)促進(jìn)會）副主席，IGBC（聯(lián)合國教科文組織國際政府間倫理委員會）中國代表。

張玉奎，分析化學(xué)家，中國科學(xué)院院士，中國科學(xué)院大連化學(xué)物理研究所研究員。兼任中國化學(xué)會色譜專業(yè)委員會主任，中國分析測試協(xié)會副理事長，色譜雜志主編等職。2012年獲國家自然科學(xué)二等獎。

報告題目：對生命電子學(xué)和醫(yī)學(xué)電子學(xué)發(fā)展的幾點思考

郭書祥，北京理工大學(xué)生命學(xué)院教授。生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)科博士生導(dǎo)師。2011年入選中組部“千人計劃”創(chuàng)新人才長期項目，國家特聘教授。2005年受聘為教育部“長江學(xué)者獎勵計劃”講座教授。北京理工大學(xué)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)工學(xué)系統(tǒng)研究所所長,主要研究方向為生物醫(yī)療機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)和仿生微機(jī)器人，血管檢查微系統(tǒng)，醫(yī)療生物用遙控微操作系統(tǒng)等方面的研究工作。

報告題目：新型醫(yī)用機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)（New Types of Medical Robot Systems）

宋志堅，復(fù)旦大學(xué)特聘教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，享受國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家?，F(xiàn)任復(fù)旦大學(xué)數(shù)字醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心主任、上海市MICCAI（Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention ）重點實驗室主任。2005年獲批上海市優(yōu)秀曙光學(xué)者；2009年獲批上海市優(yōu)秀學(xué)科帶頭人；2010年獲批上海市領(lǐng)軍人才。

報告題目：神經(jīng)導(dǎo)航若干關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究及其發(fā)展趨勢分析

Dr. Yi-Xian Qin（欽逸仙），Dr. Yi-Xian Qin（欽逸仙)is a Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering(BME)at Stony Brook University.He serves as Director of Orthopaedic Bioengineering Research Laboratory at Stony Brook. He was the one of the founding faculty members of Stony Brook BME in 1998, and helped to establish both BME Graduate and Undergraduate Programs. He is now the Fellow of the American Institute of Medicine and Biological Engineering (AIMBE), and Member of the International Astronautics Academy (IAA). He is the New York State NYSTAR Distinguished Professor. He is current Chair of the Cellular and Molecular Bioengineering Special Int. Group of the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES), and past President of International Chinese Musculoskeletal Research Society. His primary scholarly contributions to the musculoskeletal and orthopaedic biomedical engineering research gravitate towards improving the understanding of the physical milieu of the skeletal system under functional physical stimulation and tissue regeneration.He is interested in and focused on the diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound for characterization the physical properties of tissues and guided treatment for diseases. These works may potentially impact to the health and well-being of the aging population, as it pertains directly to understanding the etiology of osteoporosis,hard and soft tissue tumors, and may well identify novel means of suppressing bone loss and related diseases.

報告題目：Confocal Ultrasound Imaging in Trabecular Bone Quality Assessment

her PhD in Biomedical Engineering (BME)from the University of Luebeck, Germany in 1996. She was a Scientist in the Medical Department at Brookhaven National Laboratory and is recently an Associate Professor at the Department of BME, State University of New York at Stony Brook. Her research interest focuses on development of advanced optical techniques for translational research, specifically for neuroimaging with the goal of addressing challenges related to drug addiction. She has been serving as PI on several bioimagingbased grants, with total funding exceeding $7.0 M. She

the cutting Edge Basic Research Award (CEBRA)and an ARRA award from NIH and also an Outstanding Mentor Award from Department of Energy (DOE). She serves on the editorial board of several journals in the area of biomedical research and she is a Fellow of SPIE and Society for Neuroscience.

報告題目：Brain Optical Imaging To Separate Vascular From Neuronal Effects Of Cocaine

Dr. Chen Zeng（曾辰），Dr. Chen Zeng（曾辰）received his B.S. in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1987 and Ph.D. degree in Physics from Cornell University in 1993. He is a professor in the Department of Physics at the George Washington University. The research expertise in Zeng Lab at the George Washington University lies in the area of computational modeling of structural and physical properties of protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions at molecular level and bionetwork simulations at the systems level. His current focus is on developing efficient and accurate combinatorial optimization algorithms to study biocomplexity via biological network inference. His research efforts have received funding from NSF and NIH. He was also a recipient of NSF Career award in 2001 and holds a Chutian Visiting Professorship in Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST)in China.

該獎項是中國電子學(xué)會生命電子學(xué)分會為鼓勵青年學(xué)者在生命電子學(xué)領(lǐng)域做出創(chuàng)新性貢獻(xiàn)，而專門設(shè)立的獎項。每屆“中國生命電子學(xué)術(shù)年會”會議中，每個會議專題設(shè)兩個名額，獲獎?wù)邔@得由中國電子學(xué)會生命電子學(xué)分會頒發(fā)的證書和1000元獎金。
