摘 要: 試驗(yàn)以豐利德1號(hào)玉米為試材,研究葉面噴施不同濃度的黃腐酸鉀對(duì)夏玉米產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,黃腐酸鉀噴施濃度低于133 mg/L時(shí)隨噴施濃度的增加,穗粒數(shù)、千粒重、產(chǎn)量均表現(xiàn)出逐漸增加的趨勢(shì);大于133 mg/L時(shí)隨濃度的增加,夏玉米株高表現(xiàn)出先增后減的趨勢(shì),穗粒數(shù)、千粒重、產(chǎn)量均表現(xiàn)出逐漸降低的趨勢(shì)。以噴施200 mg/L黃腐酸鉀處理的夏玉米株高最大,為2.21 m,與對(duì)照達(dá)極顯著差異;穗粒數(shù)以67 mg/L黃腐酸鉀處理最高,為542.7粒;千粒重、產(chǎn)量均以噴施133 mg/L黃腐酸鉀的處理最高,分別為303.2 g、8 771.3 kg/hm2,分別比對(duì)照提高7.2%、12.8%,達(dá)到極顯著差異。因此,夏玉米7葉期噴施黃腐酸鉀的最佳濃度為133 mg/L。

Potassium on Yield of Summer Maize

Abstract With Fenglide 1 as material, the effect of foliage application of fulvic acid potassium on summer maize yield was studied. The results showed that the grain number per spike, 1 000-grain weight and yield of maize increased gradually with the increase of fulvic acid potassium concentration when lower than 133 mg/L; but they showed opposite trend, and plant height increased firstly and then decreased at the concentration higher than 133 mg/L. The plant height of summer maize was the highest as 2.21 m at the concentration of 200 mg/L, which was significantly higher than that of CK. The grain number per spike was the most as 542.7 at the concentration of 67 mg/L; 1 000-grain weight and yield were the highest as 303.2 g and 8 771.3 kg/hm2 respectively at the concentration of 133 mg/L, which increased by 7.2% and 12.8% respectively compared to CK. In conclusion, the best spraying concentration of fulvic acid potassium was 133mg/L at 7-leaf stage of summer maize.

黃腐酸作為一種土壤改良劑,具有分子量較小、易被生物吸收利用、功能團(tuán)多、生理活性強(qiáng)、可直接溶于水的特征,是土壤腐植酸中活性最強(qiáng)的一種有機(jī)物。它能改善土壤結(jié)構(gòu),增加土壤透氣性[1],提高土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、有效磷的含量,改善土壤化學(xué)性質(zhì)[2],減輕有害物質(zhì)對(duì)農(nóng)作物的危害,改善土壤鹽堿化狀況[3],提高土壤保水保肥能力[4],提高肥料利用率[5]。同時(shí)黃腐酸也是一種植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑,能提高作物引哚乙酸、脫落酸含量,增強(qiáng)SOD和POD活性[6,7],提高iPA(異戊烯基腺嘌呤)和GAs(赤霉素)含量[8] ,提高硝酸鹽還原酶活性[9]。黃腐酸除了能影響植物內(nèi)源激素的含量,還可直接作用于植物,促進(jìn)細(xì)胞伸長刺激植物生長,減小氣孔開度[10],提高葉綠素含量[11],增強(qiáng)作物抗逆能力,提高產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)[12~14]。據(jù)相關(guān)研究,黃腐酸能提高玉米種子活力,增加發(fā)芽率[15],促進(jìn)幼苗生長,提高可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白質(zhì)含量[16],提高玉米抗旱能力,促進(jìn)玉米提前出苗[17],提高玉米葉片凈光合速率[11]和產(chǎn)量[18]。綜上所述,施用黃腐酸能對(duì)玉米的生長起到良好的抗旱增產(chǎn)作用,是提高玉米產(chǎn)量,節(jié)省農(nóng)業(yè)成本,改善土壤理化性狀的重要途徑。目前關(guān)于黃腐酸鉀對(duì)玉米的作用機(jī)理及抗旱增產(chǎn)效果的研究已有很多,但關(guān)于其最佳施用方法及施用量的研究還比較少。本研究通過玉米葉面噴施黃腐酸鉀試驗(yàn)對(duì)其噴施的最佳用量進(jìn)行了探討。
1 材料與方法
試驗(yàn)在山東省東阿縣大橋鎮(zhèn)井繩趙村中壤質(zhì)潮土地塊進(jìn)行。土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量為16.01 g/kg,pH值為8.4,堿解氮為96.00 mg/kg,有效磷為23.46 mg/kg,有效鉀為146.00 mg/kg。
