委員 王德友

王德友，1955年9月出生，自然科學(xué)研究員，工學(xué)博士，沈陽(yáng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)研究所振動(dòng)與噪聲專業(yè)副總設(shè)計(jì)師。遼寧省振動(dòng)工程學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，機(jī)械動(dòng)力學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任，中國(guó)振動(dòng)工程學(xué)會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)第七屆委員會(huì)委員，總裝武器裝備振動(dòng)與噪聲控制技術(shù)專業(yè)組副組長(zhǎng)。

長(zhǎng)期從事轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)、結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)與測(cè)試技術(shù)、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)整機(jī)振動(dòng)與噪聲故障診斷技術(shù)研究工作。主持建立了旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械多種振動(dòng)故障的力學(xué)模型試驗(yàn)器；組織了“非接觸式數(shù)字光纖葉片振動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)和900℃高溫應(yīng)變計(jì)和應(yīng)變膠的研制工作，榮獲部級(jí)科技成果二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)；主持完成了“高速轉(zhuǎn)子非線性振動(dòng)穩(wěn)定性分析與試驗(yàn)研究”（航空基金）項(xiàng)目；策劃了3個(gè)973項(xiàng)目的論證工作，承擔(dān)其中2項(xiàng)課題并擔(dān)任專題負(fù)責(zé)人。

榮獲部級(jí)成果獎(jiǎng)5項(xiàng)，所級(jí)成果獎(jiǎng)10余項(xiàng)，榮立部級(jí)二等功2次，部級(jí)三等功4次。在國(guó)家一級(jí)期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇。

Biographical Note for WANG De-you

WANG De-you,born in Sep.1955,natural science professor,Doctor of Engineering.He is the deputy chief designer of vibration and noise of Shenyang Engine Design and Research Institute.He is the managing director of Vibration Engineering Society in Liaoning Province,director of Professional Committee of Mechanical Dynamics, member of the seventh committee of China Vibration Engineering Society (Rotor Dynamics Branch Committee), deputy head of the Weapons and Equipments vibration and noise professional group.

He has been engaged in rotor-dynamics,structure and strength measuring and testing technique,vibration test and noise failure diagnostics of engine for a long time.He presided over the variety of mechanical model testing of vibration failure,which has been awarded second prize at ministerial level.He has organized a non-contact digital fiber vibration measurement system for rotating blades，and the development project on 900°C high temperature strain gauge and strain adhesives；He presided of stability analysis and experimental research of high-speed rotor nonlinear vibration (Aviation Science Foundation).He participated in 3 973-projects,and served as the charge of 2 projects.

He has won over 15 ministerial and SAERI scientific and technological achievements award.He was honored 2 second prize and 4 third prize of AVIC.He has more than 20 publications in national publications.
