黃奇帆考察韓國SK集團
10月26日—29日,應(yīng)韓國企業(yè)邀請,市長黃奇帆率市經(jīng)信委、市外經(jīng)貿(mào)委、市政府外事僑務(wù)辦等部門對韓國進行訪問4天時間,共出席14場經(jīng)貿(mào)活動,與浦項制鐵、韓泰輪胎、三星集團、SK集團、SK海力士、現(xiàn)代汽車、樂天集團、LG集團等韓國重要企業(yè)坦誠溝通、深入交流,促進SK集團、SK海力士、韓泰輪胎等企業(yè)在渝投資項目的進展工作,推動更多韓國企業(yè)來渝投資和深化合作。
此次訪問受到韓國企業(yè)的高度重視。黃奇帆分別會見了浦項制鐵集團會長權(quán)五俊、韓泰輪胎首席執(zhí)行官徐承和、三星集團副會長姜皓文、SK集團副會長具滋榮、SK海力士首席執(zhí)行官樸星昱、現(xiàn)代汽車集團副會長梁雄哲、現(xiàn)代汽車集團社長崔成起、樂天集團會長辛東彬、LG集團社長趙俊鎬,并到SK海力士利川工廠、現(xiàn)代汽車南陽綜合技術(shù)研究院、松島浦項制鐵全球研發(fā)中心參觀訪問,詳細了解上述企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運營和技術(shù)研發(fā)情況。
黃奇帆向韓國企業(yè)負責人詳細介紹了重慶的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況。他說,今年1月—9月,重慶的GDP、工業(yè)增加值、工業(yè)利潤、進出口貿(mào)易、商業(yè)零售、金融業(yè)等經(jīng)濟指標的增長率居全國前列。重慶是中國內(nèi)陸對外開放程度最高的城市之一,是國家級的水陸空綜合交通樞紐,港口、機場、鐵路都是國家一類口岸,并有三個保稅區(qū),口岸功能在中國內(nèi)陸地區(qū)獨一無二。重慶投資環(huán)境日益改善,近年來吸引了大量外國投資,每年外資投入都超過100億美元,韓泰輪胎、SK集團、SK海力士等重要韓資企業(yè)也相繼在渝投資興業(yè),兩地間貿(mào)易增長速度始終保持在較高水平,重慶與韓國的經(jīng)貿(mào)交往越來越密切。重慶非常重視為國內(nèi)外投資者在渝投資提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),歡迎更多的韓國企業(yè)來渝投資興業(yè),加速推進在渝投資項目,進一步拓寬合作領(lǐng)域,不斷深化重慶與韓國企業(yè)界的合作。
韓國企業(yè)各負責人對此積極回應(yīng),感謝重慶長期以來對企業(yè)的支持和幫助,表示對重慶在中國西部大開發(fā)中的中心地位以及所發(fā)揮的重要作用一直十分關(guān)注,期待與重慶進一步開展互利合作,拓寬合作領(lǐng)域,推動經(jīng)貿(mào)合作不斷深入發(fā)展。。

Huang Qifan Led a Government Delegation to South Korea
Invited by South Korean enterprises, Mayor Huang Qifan led a delegation formed by personnel from Chongqing Economic and Information Commission, Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission, Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce to South Korea on October 26 to 29. During the four-day visit, they attended a total of 14 economic and trade activities and held in-depth and sincere talks with critical South Korean enterprises such as POSCO, Hankook, Samsung, SK Group, SK Hynix, Hyundai Motor, Lotte Group, and LG Group, to drive the progress of investments by enterprises including SK Group, SK Hynix, and Hankook in Chongqing, and to encourage more South Korean enterprises to invest and seek in-depth cooperation in Chongqing.
This visit drew a lot of attention from South Korean enterprises. Huang met with POSCO CEO Oh-Joon Kwon, Hankook CEO Hwa-Suh Seung, Samsung Vice President Ho-Moon Kang, SK Vice President Ja-Young Koo, SK Hynix CEO Sung-Wook Park, Hyundai Vice President Woong-Chul Yang, Hyundai President Sung-Kee Choi, Lotte President Dong-Bin Shin, and LG President Jung-Ho Cho, and visited SK Hynix's factory in Icheon, Hyundai Motor's comprehensive technology research institute in Namyang and POSCO's Global R&D Center in Songdo to learn about the details of production, operation, and technology development of the above mentioned enterprises.
Huang introduced Chongqing's economic development in detail to the directors of the enterprises. He said that Chongqing gained a leading growth in economic indicators, including GDP, industrial added value, industrial profits, import and export, retailing, and fi nancial industry, in January to September 2014 in China. Chongqing is one of the most open cities in China's inland area, and a hub of national transport by land, water, and air. It has national Class-I ports, airports, and railway stations, as well as three bonded areas, which is an unparallel advantage in the inland area of China. In recent years, it has attracted over USD 10 billion of foreign investments each year owing to its improving investment environment. Important South Korean enterprises, such as Hankook, SK Group, and SK Hynix have also made investments and developed business in Chongqing. Chongqing and South Korea have been maintaining a rapid growth in trade and are developing closer economic and trading ties. The city is paying much attention to providing quality services to facilitate investment by domestic and foreign investors, and welcomes more South Korean enterprises to invest, accelerate projects, expand cooperative fields and deepen partnerships with local enterprises here.
The South Korean directors responded positively to his speech. They extended their gratitude to Chongqing's long-time support for enterprises and expressed their concerns over the key role that Chongqing plays in China's West Development. They expect to further cooperate with the city in more fields to continuously further the development of economic and trade ties..
