摘要
[目的]解決雜交糯高粱覆膜直播中品種選擇和播種深度等相關(guān)技術(shù)問題,為覆膜直播的推廣提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。[方法]采用裂區(qū)區(qū)組試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),以覆膜直播深度為主處理(覆膜直播深度為3、6、9 cm,記為A1、A2、A3,常規(guī)育苗移栽為對(duì)照記為A0),副處理為3個(gè)高粱品種(川糯粱1號(hào)為B1、瀘糯12號(hào)為B2、瀘糯8號(hào)為B3)。[結(jié)果]在幾個(gè)品種中瀘糯12號(hào)的倒伏率最低,川糯粱1號(hào)的出苗率最高,倒伏率和出苗率均隨播種深度的增加而降低。瀘糯12號(hào)3 cm深度直播和川糯粱1號(hào)6 cm深度直播的出苗率高且倒伏率低。覆膜直播可使雜交糯高粱的生育期顯著縮短、株高顯著增高,但播種深度對(duì)其生育期和株高均無明顯影響。瀘糯12號(hào)和川糯粱1號(hào)的生育期均較短、株高均較矮。川糯粱1號(hào)覆膜直播的產(chǎn)量最高,且顯著高于其余兩品種,也顯著高于同期育苗移栽,但3種播種深度對(duì)產(chǎn)量無顯著影響。[結(jié)論]川糯粱1號(hào)最適合覆膜直播,播種深度6 cm為最佳。

Study on Plastic Film Mulching and Sowing Directly Technology of Hybrid Glutinous Sorghum in Southeast Sichuan

Abstract [Objective] The aim was to solve the correlation technology problems during plastic film mulching and sowing directly of hybrid glutinous sorghum, such as varieties selection and sowing depth, and to provide a technological basis for promotion of plastic film mulching and sowing directly. [Method] The split plot experiment design was used, and the main treatment was plastic film mulching depth(the plastic film mulching depth was 3, 6, 9 cm, resp., marked for A1, A2, A3, conventional seedling transplanting was taking as control, marked for A0), the deputy treatment was 3 sorghum varieties (Sichuan waxy sorghum No. 1, Luzhou glutinous No. 12 and Luzhou glutinous No. 8 was marked for B1, B2, B3). [Result] In three varieties, the lodging rate of Luzhou glutinous No. 12 was the lowest, the emergence rate of Sichuan waxy sorghum No. 1 was the highest, ant both the lodging rate and the emergence rate decreased with the increase of sowing depth. The emergence rate of Luzhou glutinous No. 12 of sowing 3 cm depth directly and Sichuan waxy sorghum No. 1 of sowing 6 cm depth directly were high and their lodging rate were low. Plastic film mulching and sowing directly made the growth period of hybrid glutinous sorghum obviously shortened, plant height increased significantly, while sowing depth had no significant effects on their growth period and plant height. The growth and plant height of Luzhou glutinous No. 12 and Sichuan waxy sorghum No. 1 were shorter. The yield of Sichuan waxy sorghum No. 1 of plastic film mulching and sowing directly was the highest, and significantly higher than the other two varieties, significantly higher than the same period of seedling transplanting, but the three sowing depth had no significant effect on yield. [Conclusion] Sichuan waxy sorghum No. 1 is most suitable for plastic film mulching and sowing directly, sowing depth of 6 cm is the best.

高粱是釀造白酒的主要原料,川東南獨(dú)特的生態(tài)條件種植的糯高粱,更是四川、貴州、重慶等省區(qū)各名優(yōu)白酒廠家的首選原料。2008年四川省提出了“建設(shè)白酒千億工程、打造白酒金三角”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)了四川白酒產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展[1]。然而,近年來育苗移栽、精耕細(xì)作仍是川東南高粱生產(chǎn)的主要方式。隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快,農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力正逐年減少。因此,川東南傳統(tǒng)落后的高粱生產(chǎn)方式已不能適宜快速發(fā)展的高粱產(chǎn)業(yè)。覆膜的作用可保肥保水,防治雜草,可一定程度縮短高粱的生育期[2]。為此,筆者開展該研究,旨在解決覆膜直播中的品種選擇和播種深度等相關(guān)技術(shù)問題,為覆膜直播的推廣提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。
1 "材料與方法
1.1 試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)
試驗(yàn)于2013年3月在四川省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究院水稻高粱研究所瀘縣試驗(yàn)基地內(nèi)進(jìn)行。選用研究所自育的雜交糯高粱品種瀘糯12號(hào)、瀘糯8號(hào)、川糯粱1號(hào)為試驗(yàn)材料。采用裂區(qū)區(qū)組試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),以覆膜直播深度為主處理(覆膜直播深度分別為3、6、9 cm設(shè)為A1、A2、A3,常規(guī)育苗移栽為對(duì)照設(shè)為A0),副處理為3個(gè)高粱品種(川糯粱1號(hào)設(shè)為B1、瀘糯12號(hào)為B2、瀘糯8號(hào)為B3)。每處理種植4行,500粒定量播種(按發(fā)芽率有效折合),小區(qū)面積為8.4 "m2,3次重復(fù)。各處理施肥量均為氧化鉀75.0 kg/hm2、五氧化二磷112.5 kg/hm2、純氮150.0 kg/hm2。覆膜直播采用一次性條施,常規(guī)育苗移栽則用傳統(tǒng)的3∶7施肥方式施用。各處理播期均為3月10日,栽培規(guī)格均為行距60 cm、窩距33 cm,每穴2株。
1.2 考查項(xiàng)目與方法
播種后10 d調(diào)查各處理出苗率。齊穗期各處理的每次重復(fù)按其小區(qū)取樣3株,考查株高、莖粗、葉面積指數(shù)。成熟期各處理的每次重復(fù)按其小區(qū)取樣5穗,考察穗長(zhǎng)、穗粒數(shù)、千粒重、小區(qū)產(chǎn)量,并調(diào)查成熟時(shí)各處理每次重復(fù)的倒伏率。
2 "結(jié)果與分析
2.1 覆膜直播對(duì)雜交糯高粱品種出苗率和倒伏率的影響
播種深度是影響高粱出苗的重要因素,不少地區(qū)由于播種深度掌握不好造成嚴(yán)重的缺苗斷壟現(xiàn)象,對(duì)產(chǎn)量影響嚴(yán)重[3]。從表1可以看出,雜交糯高粱的出苗率均隨著播種深度的增加而降低,且覆膜直播的出苗率均低于育苗移栽。B1處理的出苗率顯著高于B2和B3處理,但B2、B3處理間差異不顯著。在B1處理中,A0和A1處理差異不顯著,且它們均與A2、A3處理差異顯著。在B2、B3處理中,A0、A1、A2、A3處理間均差異顯著。
倒伏也是影響高粱產(chǎn)量的重要因素。從表1可以看出,倒伏率隨著播種深度的增加而逐漸降低,但都高于育苗移栽的倒伏率。幾個(gè)品種處理則以B2處理即瀘糯12號(hào)的倒伏率最低,B3處理即瀘糯8號(hào)的倒伏率最高。
從出苗率和倒伏率考慮,A1B2和A2B1處理最適合覆膜直播。

2.2 覆膜直播不同播種深度對(duì)雜交糯高粱品種生育期和株高的影響
從表2可以看出,B3處理生育期最長(zhǎng)、株高最高,且均顯著高于B1和B2處理。B1和B2處理間生育期和株高差異均不顯著。在B1、B2處理中,直播A1、A2、A3處理的生育期均顯著短于移栽A0處理,株高均顯著高于移栽A0處理。在B3處理中,A1、A2、A3處理的株高均顯著高于A0處理,各處理的生育期無顯著差異。綜上所述,B3處理的株高太高且生育期較長(zhǎng),不適合覆膜直播栽培;B1、B2處理中直播的生育期顯著短于移栽,株高顯著高于移栽,但B1、B2處理中的幾個(gè)直播處理的株高均矮于180 cm。因此,就株高和生育期來說,B1、B2均適合覆膜直播,且?guī)讉€(gè)直播處理間均無顯著差異。

2.3 覆膜直播不同播種深度對(duì)雜交糯高粱品種產(chǎn)量及相關(guān)性狀的影響
從表3可以看出,B2A0處理的產(chǎn)量最高為8 261.1 kg/hm2,B3A2處理的產(chǎn)量最低為5 630.4 kg/hm2。B1處理的產(chǎn)量最高,且顯著高于B2、B3處理,這可能是因?yàn)锽2、B3處理出苗不全造成的。在B1處理中,A1、A2、A3處理間產(chǎn)量差異均不顯著,且均顯著高于A0處理。在B2、B3處理中,均以A0處理的產(chǎn)量最高,且?guī)讉€(gè)播深處理間均差異顯著。
千粒重以B2A0處理最大為25.70 g,其次是B2A1處理為24.95 g,B1A0處理最小為19.75 g。B2處理的千粒重要高于B1、B3處理。在B1處理中,A2處理的千粒重最大為23.72 g,其次為A1處理,A0處理最小,A2與A1處理差異不顯著,它們均與其余兩處理差異顯著。在B2處理中,A0、A1、A2處理間千粒重差異均不顯著,但它們都與A3處理差異顯著。
穗粒重則以B2A2處理最高為86.59 g,其次是B3A1處理為85.68 g,最低的是B1A0處理為68.75 g。在B1處理中,A1、A2 、A3處理間差異均不顯著,但它們均與A0差異顯著。在B2處理中,A2處理與除A0外的其余兩處理差異顯著。
穗長(zhǎng)則以B3A0處理最長(zhǎng)為37.9 cm,以B2A2處理最短為32.4 cm。B3處理的穗長(zhǎng)最長(zhǎng),且與B1、B2均差異顯著,B1與B2之間差異也顯著。在B1、B3處理中,幾個(gè)播深處理間穗長(zhǎng)均無顯著差異;在B2處理中,A0與其余幾個(gè)處理均差異顯著,但其余幾個(gè)處理間差異不顯著。
倒5葉葉面積則以B3A0處理最高為606 "cm2,以B3A1處理最低為480.29 cm2。以B1處理最高,其次是B2處理。在B1處理中,A1、A3處理間的倒5葉葉面積差異不顯著,它們與其余兩處理均差異顯著;在B2處理中,A0處理的倒5葉葉面積最大,且與其余3個(gè)處理均差異顯著,但其余3個(gè)處理間無顯著差異。
綜上所述, B1處理即川糯粱1號(hào)在覆膜直播的3種播種深度的產(chǎn)量均顯著高于育苗移栽,且穗粒重、穗長(zhǎng)、倒5葉葉面積均較理想,千粒重略小。因此,在幾個(gè)品種中,川糯粱1號(hào)更適合覆膜直播;就產(chǎn)量及相關(guān)性狀而言,3種播種深度均可。
