In an active effort to supplement China’s overall diplomacy, the delegation promoted the diplomatic ideas of peace, development, cooperation and win-win results, and further interpreted the essence of the “Chinese Dream” and its significance to the world. The visit is a diplomatic activity at various levels and through various channels such as parliament diplomacy, government diplomacy, people-to-people diplomacy and public diplomacy. This visit achieved full success by enhancing political mutual trust, expanding the civil good-will as a foundation to expand friendship and practical cooperation between countries, and boosting the exchanges between parliaments, civil organizations and think-tanks. In the years to come, the CPAPD will continue to enrich and deepen the cooperation with major civil organizations in Latin America.
