1 住宅夜景/Night view of the residence
功吉·革杜里亞古住宅地處曼谷一個封閉式的貴族住宅區(qū)中,以其引人注目的干凈的白墻歡迎著我們。它寬敞的空間和照明傳遞出優(yōu)雅的感覺。1700m2的3層建筑一眼看去既雄辯又寡言,它以簡單而有力的幾何構(gòu)成傳遞出安寧的形式語匯,同時以精致的細節(jié)表達自我的特性。
5 個家庭成員共享寬敞的中央空間,這有助于在分離私人領(lǐng)域的同時融合公共空間。共享的公共空間不僅為不同的使用者和活動提供靈活性,還在室內(nèi)設(shè)計中為開放的對話提供發(fā)生的途徑。空間以一種微妙的序列組織起來,既不強制也不指揮居住者開展他們?nèi)粘;顒拥姆绞?。建筑里的通道?chuàng)造出家庭的故事,為居住者的習(xí)慣和禮儀的秩序提供了一個靈活的框架。因此,這座建筑形成的場所既是有邊界的,也是自由的。
設(shè)計模式的協(xié)作讓一切看起來都賦有品質(zhì)。這座建筑被設(shè)計為流動空間,可以變化滿足多種需求。被分割的空間之間相互連接、貫通,擁有采光和自然通風(fēng)。乳白色和奶黃色的裝飾色調(diào)使空間看起來好似溫暖的太陽一樣明亮,這種快樂的色調(diào)點亮了居住者的精神。單獨封閉的房間也可以結(jié)合用于家庭的特殊活動。通過公共性和私密性的并置,這座建筑為家庭提供了一種獨特的氣氛,表達出它自己的個性和居住者的生活。
盡管這座建筑采用了有力的幾何體,但與自然環(huán)境的關(guān)系也被考慮在內(nèi)。這座建筑的品質(zhì)不僅源于設(shè)計或建造的細節(jié),還源于周圍環(huán)境的狀況,例如,陽光和空氣賦予空間以律動的特性。透明的玻璃也使得居住者可盡覽周邊的景色。

Nested in a residential neighborhood of Noble Residence, a gated community in Bangkok, the residence of Komkrit Kietduriyakul greets us with its inviting clean white walls. The spaciousness and lighting also spell elegance. The three-storied, 1700-square-meter house looks at once expressive and taciturn. With simple but strong geometrical configuration, the house offers calm, formal expression, while stating its character through meticulous details.
The family of five shares spacious central spaces that help separate their private realms while merging their public domain. As a result, the shared public spaces not only provide flexibility for different users and different activities, but also create open dialogues in interior design. Spaces are organized with a subtle sequencing that neither forces nor dictates the way the house's inhabitants go about their daily activities. The passages within the house create a family narrative that gives a flexible framework for their habits and rituals. The house thus becomes a place that is at once bounded and free.
Designed with a fluid vision of spaces, the house can be transformed to accommodate various needs. Compartmentalized spaces are connected and penetrated to give them light and natural ventilation. Decorated in shades of eggshell yellow and white, the spaces look bright like the warmth of the sun, the happy hue that brightens the dwellers' spirits. Rooms that are individually closed off can also be joined to facilitate special activities for the family. With this quality of public or private, the house offers a familiar yet unique atmosphere that defines its own identity and the lives of the inhabitants.
Despite its strong geometry, relationships to the natural environment are taken into account. The building's performance does not result from design or construction details alone, but also from the action of the surrounding environment, such as light and air which help give the spaces their fluctuating qualities. The transparent glass also plays a role in offering unobstructed views around the precinct.
The house's facades are veiled with flexible skins that are given various tasks, resulting in subtly unique facade appearances throughout the house. The house's unique identity is not created by signs of identity added onto its exterior surfaces. Instead, the meaning of the house rests in its effects and shows through the performances of its design. In other words, the house's character comes from actions it takes and what it does. Capable of growing as the lives of its owners' transform, the house and its performances become a masterpiece that continually presents itself anew.□

王彥:水平展開的白色體量匍匐于綠地上,顯得張力十足;白墻圍合出的庭院空間守住寧靜,卻充滿了沉靜而高貴的精神力量。水邊輕盈透氣的白亭里,仿佛還洋溢著家人親友間的親切話語,而由一組纖細雙柱支撐起的飛檐在另一面探出墻頭,成為入口恰到好處的標(biāo)志。方形格柵玻璃移動門給人典雅傳統(tǒng)的印象,可以充分打開,夜間夾雜著植物芬芳和泥土潮濕的空氣似乎正撲面而來。這棟宅院里充滿了空間智慧,卻也不乏對生活細節(jié)的關(guān)照,充分地描繪出了一種干凈、高貴、貼近自然的生活理想。
范路:近景遠景
空間的豐富景觀層次是功吉·革杜里亞古住宅的一個主要特色。在該項目中,設(shè)計者創(chuàng)造了大量的空間過渡和滲透:公共的和私密的、室內(nèi)和室外景觀的、首層和上部樓層的、場地內(nèi)和場地外的。因此,各個主要空間交織在了一起,各個層次的景觀也被精心組織在了一起。站在一層?xùn)|側(cè)平臺由北向南看,泳池是近景,涼亭是中景;站在水池東側(cè),水池是近景,樹木和建筑表皮是中景,一層餐廳室內(nèi)和二層看不到的臥室成為了遠景;到了主要庭院由西向東看,下平臺的臺階是近景,樹木和“懸浮”的起居室是中景,半圍合的院子還包容了遠處的風(fēng)景。

WANG Yan: The white volume moves with decisive horizontality over the grassy plane. A courtyard is formed by white enclosing walls. It is a peaceful yard full of spiritual strength, calm and nobility. A graceful and white breeze-filled pavilion sits on the water's edge, the kind of place where sweet words between relatives and lovers are filed. The pavilion's strong refined cornice is supported by pairs of elegant columns standing proud from its walls. The project is full of grace notes and the open conversation that seems to be taking place between most of the rooms and the surrounding garden makes it almost possible to smell the fragrant refreshing air that must pour in from the gardens at night. The project seems to be full of wisdom about the making of space and attention to detail. The residence is the picture of cleanliness, nobleness and luxury in nature.

FAN Lu: Foreground and Distant View
The best characteristic of the Komkrit Kietduriyakul house is its rich layering of views. In this project, the designer has created a lot of transitional and penetrating spaces: between public and private, indoor spaces and outdoor landscapes, the ground floor and upper floors of the home, and vistas within the home and those beyond. The major spaces of the home are interwoven and all views are carefully organized. For example, while standing on the east side of the platform looking south, the pool is in the foreground and the pavilion is focused in the middle ground. Meanwhile, standing on the east side of the pool, the pool makes up the foreground, while the trees and building envelope frame the middle ground and the ground floor, dining room and the invisible bedroom on the first floor become the background. Looking east from the main courtyard, the stairs going down from the platform are in the foreground, the trees and the floating living room are in the middle ground and the semi-enclosed courtyard beyond includes a landscape far in the distance.
