摘要:為研究水葫蘆(Eichhornia crassipes)葉中總黃酮的超聲波法提取工藝,并測定其抗氧化活性,通過單因素試驗和正交試驗優(yōu)化提取條件,對總黃酮還原能力及清除自由基能力進行測定。結(jié)果表明,水葫蘆葉中總黃酮最佳提取條件為超聲功率320 W、乙醇濃度70%、超聲時間30 min、料液比1∶45、提取次數(shù)3次,此條件下總黃酮得率為5.71%,提取物呈現(xiàn)出良好的抗氧化活性。

Study on the Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Total Flavonoids from Water Hyacinth Leaves

Abstract: In order to optimize the ultrasonic extracting technology of the total flavonoids from water hyacinth leaves and determine the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids, the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment were conducted and the reducing power and free radical scavenging activity were detected. The results showed that the best extracting condition was as follows: ultrasonic power 320 W, treatment time 30 min, alcohol concentration 70%, ratio of material to solvent 1∶45 and extraction 3 times. Under this condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 5.71%. And the extracts showed obvious antioxidant activities.
