As each year passes we usually focus on things we should have done, or what we wish we had done. These can be any number of small things from not being late for class, keeping your bedroom tidy, to spending more time practicing a musical instrument. But while we are young, most of us are thinking about the things that we really want in life. Things like getting a good degree, performing on stage, or landing a perfect job. Yet there are many people in the world that werent given the chance to go for their dreams. They were busy with raising a family, trying to earn money, or they were simply told that they werent good enough to do what they love.
And so this edition of Crazy English Reader is about not giving up on your dreams, no matter where you are in life or how old you are.
Maybe its time to finally make that trip youve always wanted to go on (False Deadline of Life). Maybe youve always wanted to have a degree under your belt in your favourite subject but never had the opportunity to go to university (Student, 78, Gets an Education Worth Waiting For). Or maybe youve wanted to achieve something for a long time but never thought you were any good. (Its Never Too Late).
It is never too late for anyone to accomplish their hopes and desires. Hopefully these three articles will inspire those that think they have left it too late…or for those that think life is moving too fast.
Sometimes, you dont get more than a second chance to do something!
