摘要:為了快速、準確地實現(xiàn)對人工影響天氣作業(yè)的響應(yīng),建立了一種基于Android的智能移動作業(yè)終端系統(tǒng),詳細介紹了該系統(tǒng)的總體框架、主要功能、操作流程,并重點圍繞基本指令信息收發(fā)、移動GIS平臺應(yīng)用、視頻傳輸應(yīng)用3個方面,分別就其中的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)點如自適應(yīng)心跳包、矢量柵格數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸及顯示、終端GIS坐標轉(zhuǎn)換、視頻編碼器的裁剪和優(yōu)化、流媒體傳輸優(yōu)化及差錯控制進行了闡述。初步試驗結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)的特點及優(yōu)勢均較明顯。

Design and Implementation of Weather Modification Intelligent Terminal Based on Android

Abstract: In order to realize the response of artificial weather modification conveniently and accurately, a intelligent mobile terminal based on Android was proposed. The overall frame, main function and operation process of the system was introduced in detail. Meanwhile, some of the key technology of sending and receiving of basic instructions, application of mobile GIS platform, video information transmission, such as self-adaptive heartbeat bag, raster data transmission and display, terminal GIS coordinate transformation, cutting and optimization of video encoder, stream media transmission optimization and error control were emphasized. The result of preliminary application tests showed that the features and superiorities of this system were all obvious.
