每次打籃球或者進行其他運動之前我們總要做一些熱身活動來準備準備，學(xué)英語也是一樣，這里有一些可以幫你做學(xué)前熱身的簡單練習(xí)。

Exercise I：Activating Your Vocabulary熱身練習(xí)一：激活你的詞匯

Activate your vocabulary by thinking or speaking about the subject you are going to study on.For example，if you are going to study on vacations，take a moment to think about your last vacation:What you did，What you enjoyed，etc.This simple exercise will help your brain warm up to vocabulary that you are likely to use as you study English about this subject.

可以通過想想或說說你即將學(xué)習(xí)的主題來激活你的英語詞匯。舉個例子，如果你要學(xué)習(xí)和假期有關(guān)的主題，花點時間想想你的上一個假期：你干什么了，你喜歡什么，等等。這個簡單的練習(xí)可以讓你的大腦準備好你在學(xué)習(xí)的時候可能用到的詞匯。

Exercise II：Singing a Song熱身練習(xí)二：唱首歌

Before you sit down to study English，sing a song in English to yourself.Make sure to sing a song that you understand and know very well.This short and fun exercise will help your brain focus on the English language in a relaxing way.It’s important to be relaxed when you study English! Singing a song also helps activate the creative side of your brain which can help you come up with more examples as you practice conversation or do some creative writing.

在你開始學(xué)英語之前，給自己唱一首英語歌吧。最好是一首你完全明白唱的是什么的歌。這種簡短又有趣的練習(xí)可以幫助你的大腦在放松的情況下集中到英語這種語言上。學(xué)英語的時候放松是很重要的！唱歌還能幫助你激活大腦中有創(chuàng)造力的一面，可以讓你在練習(xí)對話或者寫作的時候舉出更多的例子。

Exercise III：Writing a Short Paragraph in English熱身練習(xí)三：用英語寫一段文章

If you are going to study English at your desk，begin with writing a simple paragraph in English.You can write about your day，your hobbies，your friends，etc.Writing helps activate the kinetic part of your brain that helps improve learning through physical activity.

如果你要坐在桌前學(xué)習(xí)英語，從寫一段簡單的英文開始吧。你可以寫寫你的一天、你的愛好、你的朋友等等。寫字可以幫助你激活大腦中運動的部分，這有助于從生理行為方面促進學(xué)習(xí)。

Using Different Methods to Learn English使用不同的方法學(xué)英語

Don’t just use one way to study English.Use a variety of methods which will help all the parts of your brain.For example，if you are learning some new words，don’t just memorize the words letter by letter.You can classify the words or draw a picture.And you can draw the words in the picture and memorize the words in the form of pictures.These methods are good for your learning.

學(xué)英語別一條道走到黑。使用多種方法能調(diào)動你大腦的各個部分。比如，如果你在學(xué)一些新單詞時，不要一遍又一遍地背那些單詞的字母，你可以將這些單詞分個類，或者畫一張圖，將要學(xué)習(xí)的單詞畫在圖中，再根據(jù)圖示來記憶單詞。這些方法對你的學(xué)習(xí)都有幫助。

Learning English with Some Friends和一些朋友一起學(xué)習(xí)英語

There is nothing better than having a few friends to study English together.You can do exercises together，discuss together and have conversations in English together.And when you study English together，you can work out many problems by helping each other.

Choosing Topics that Interest You to Study English選擇你感興趣的話題來學(xué)英語

One of the most important things to study English is choosing topics that you like.When you are interested in the topics，you will find lots of things related to the topics.It can help you enlarge your view.

學(xué)習(xí)英語最重要的一件事是選擇那些你感興趣的話題。當(dāng)你對這些話題感興趣時，你就會主動去尋找與之相關(guān)的材料，這樣可以幫助你開闊眼界。
