摘要:針對(duì)線陣CCD芯片TCD1206UP,提出了一種基于CPLD的驅(qū)動(dòng)方案,討論了電路的工作原理和設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),同時(shí)給出了電路原理圖和CPLD電路的時(shí)序仿真波形。該設(shè)計(jì)方案有效地完成了對(duì)TCD1206UP的驅(qū)動(dòng),并且具有高效開(kāi)發(fā)、可重復(fù)編程,可修改的優(yōu)勢(shì)。

The Design of Linear CCDs Drive Circuit Based on CPLD

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of linear array CCD chip TCD1206UP,this paper presents a driving plan for linear CCD based on CPLD,In addition,the principle of operation and design of circuit were discussed and the principle circuit and the schedule simulation wave? form of CPLD were given.The design effectively completed TCD1206UP drive,and has the advantages of efficient development,being re? programmable and modified.

CCD是一種完成光電轉(zhuǎn)換的圖像傳感器,廣泛應(yīng)用于攝像、圖像采集、掃描儀、工業(yè)測(cè)量等領(lǐng)域。在應(yīng)用CCD傳感器時(shí)要解決兩個(gè)主要問(wèn)題,分別是CCD驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí)序的產(chǎn)生和CCD輸出信號(hào)的采集處理,其中驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí)序的產(chǎn)生尤為重要??删幊踢壿嬈骷﨏PLD與VHDL語(yǔ)言的結(jié)合可以實(shí)現(xiàn)CCD的驅(qū)動(dòng),而且可編程邏輯器件還可以通過(guò)軟件編程對(duì)其硬件的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作方式進(jìn)行重構(gòu),從而使得硬件的設(shè)計(jì)可以如同軟件設(shè)計(jì)那樣方便快捷。
1 TCD1206UP的時(shí)序分析
TCD1206UP是一種高速高分辨率的線陣CCD器件,其擁有2160個(gè)有效像元。在驅(qū)動(dòng)TCD1206UP的時(shí)序里,各個(gè)脈沖信號(hào)之間具有嚴(yán)格的相位關(guān)系。如圖1所示,主要需要四路脈沖,轉(zhuǎn)移脈沖SH,復(fù)位脈沖RS,時(shí)鐘脈沖Φ1和Φ2。RS是頻率為1MHZ,占空比為1:3的方波,Φ1和Φ2是頻率為0.5MHZ的,占空比為1:1的方波,由于該器件兩行并行分奇偶傳輸?shù)模砸粋€(gè)SH周期中至少有
通過(guò)對(duì)CCD-TCD1206UP驅(qū)動(dòng)電路進(jìn)行研究,在設(shè)計(jì)中掌握了如何運(yùn)用CPLD來(lái)完成TCD1206驅(qū)動(dòng)電路波形的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該設(shè)計(jì)方案有效地完成了對(duì)TCD1206UP的驅(qū)動(dòng),并且具有高效開(kāi)發(fā)、可重復(fù)編程,可修改的優(yōu)勢(shì)
