用法用量(Usage and quantity)

Client:How do I take the tablets？

顧客：這種藥片怎么服？

Pharmacist:Please take 2 tablets each time,4 times a day.

藥師：1次2片，1天4次。

Client:How do I take the buccal tablets？

顧客：這種含片怎么服？

Pharmacist:Please put one under your tongue,but don’t swallow it.

藥師：請放在舌頭底下，不要往下咽。

Client:How do I take themixture？

顧客：這種水劑藥怎么服？

Pharmacist:Please suck on it.

藥師：請喝下去。

Client:How do I take the pills？

顧客：這種丸藥怎么服？

Pharmacist:Please dissolve one pill in water before taking it.藥師：服前請將藥丸放在水中溶化。

Client:How do I take the syrup？

顧客：這種糖漿怎么服？

Pharmacist:One teaspoonful,3 times a day.

藥師：每天3次，每次一勺。

Client:How do I take the drugs？

顧客：這種藥怎么服？

Pharmacist:One line（half a line）every time,3 times a day. Shake itwell before taking it.

藥師：每天3次，每次一（半）格。服前先搖勻。

Client:How do I take the pain-killers？

顧客：這種鎮(zhèn)痛藥怎么服？

Pharmacist:Take 1 tablet of this pain-killer if you feel pain, but nomore than once every 4 hours.

藥師：假如你感到疼痛，就服用1片止痛片，但每2次必須間隔4h以上。

Client:How do Iuse this suppository？

顧客：這種栓劑怎樣用？

Pharmacist:Insert one into your anus（vagina）every night.

藥師：每晚塞一個(gè)在肛門內(nèi)（陰道內(nèi)）。

Client:How do Iuse this adhesive？

顧客：這種膏藥怎么使用？

Pharmacist:This is a special adhesive for releasing the pain. Apply it to the painful area and change it every 2 days.

藥師：這些膏藥是鎮(zhèn)痛的，貼在疼痛部位，每2天更換1次。Client:How do Iuse this ointment？

顧客：這種藥膏怎么使用？

Pharmacist:Apply some of the ointment,and spread it on the skin.

藥師：取一些藥膏，涂在患處皮膚上。

Client:How do Iuse this lotion？

顧客：這種洗劑怎么用？

Pharmacist:Rub this lotion on the area where it itches w ith this cotton swab.

藥師：用棉簽把它涂到癢處即可。

Client:How do Iuse this powder？

顧客：那這種藥粉怎么用呢？

Pharmacist:Please dissolve the powder in hot water.Soak your hands（feet）in it for 20 m inutes,tw ice a day.

藥師：把它溶化在熱水里，把你的手（腳）浸在里面 20min，每天2次。

Client:How do Iuse the eye drop and ointment？

顧客：這種滴眼劑和眼藥膏怎么用？

Pharmacist:Put the eye drop into your right eye 4～6 times a day,1 to 2 drops each time.Squeeze a bit of the ointment on your eyelid every night.

藥師：把滴眼劑滴進(jìn)你的右眼，每天4～6次，每次1～2滴。每晚擠一點(diǎn)眼藥膏在你的眼皮里。

Client:How do Iapply the nasal drop？

顧客：這種滴鼻劑怎么使用？

Pharmacist:Bend your head back as far as possible and then drop some into the nostril.

藥師：盡量把頭往后仰，然后滴入鼻孔。

Client:How do Iapply the ear drop？

顧客：這滴耳劑怎么使用？

Pharmacist:Turn your head to the side.Put 1 to 2 drops into your ear.Press the tragus for a few seconds.

藥師：把頭側(cè)過去，滴1～2滴至耳內(nèi)，再按耳屏幾秒鐘。Client:How do I take these big pills？

顧客：這么大的藥丸怎么吃？

Pharmacist:Chew and swallow the bits w ith water,or put one in water to dissolve it.Remove the wax before taking it.藥師：咀嚼一下，并用水沖下，或者將藥丸溶化在水里。服用之前去掉外面的蠟皮。

Client:How do I take（make）the herbalmedicine？

顧客：我怎樣服（熬）中藥呢？

Pharmacist:Put herbs into a pot.Add about 300 m L of cold water.Simmer gently for 20 m inutes.The amount left w ill be 40 to 50 m L.This is the first dose.Don’t throw the herbs

away.Do the same in the evening.That is the second dose. Take the first dose in themorning,the second in the evening. We can make the solution for you for six days.Take one bottle daily,half in themorning,and half in the evening.Please put them in the refrigerator or keep them in a very cool place.藥師：把草藥放進(jìn)鍋內(nèi)。加入 300毫升冷水，用慢（文）火煎20分鐘，余下約 40～50毫升。這是頭煎，不要將藥扔掉，仍照原法下午再煎一次，這是二煎。頭煎早晨服，二煎晚上服。我們可以給你煎出六天的藥，每天服一瓶，上午半瓶，下午半瓶。瓶子要放在冰箱里或是放在涼爽的地方。

Client:Should Iboil it before taking it？

顧客：每次服以前要將它煮開嗎？

Pharmacist:No.Put it in a glass and warm it in a bow l of hotwater.

藥師：不必，可以將藥盛在玻璃杯里，將它放在一碗熱水中加溫。
