縱觀近幾年的中考試題，有不少是考查形容詞和副詞的。下面以2008年部分省市的中考試題為例，對形容詞和副詞的考點(diǎn)作一歸納。

一、考查形容詞的語法功能及位置

1. lovely。 lovely是形容詞，在句中用作定語，修飾beaches。

2. helpful。 helpul是形容詞，在句中用作表語。

3. C。 taste在此用作系動(dòng)詞，意為“嘗起來”，后接形容詞作表語，據(jù)此可排除D項(xiàng)。 well作形容詞用時(shí)，意為“身體健康的”，與句意不符。答語中用了But，說明上下文在語義上的轉(zhuǎn)折。常言道，良藥苦口利于病。據(jù)此，我們可推測，此藥味道不好。

4. C。 第一空應(yīng)該用形容詞作定語，修飾名詞player，這樣就可排除B項(xiàng)。 than前面的第二空應(yīng)填比較級，early的比較級形式為earlier。 這樣又可排除A、D兩項(xiàng)。

5. B。 “keep + sb/sth + 形容詞”意為“使某人/某物……”，open是形容詞，在此用作賓語補(bǔ)足語。

6. A。 形容詞用來修飾something，anything，nothing，someone，anyone等不定代詞或somewhere，anywhere等副詞作定語時(shí)，應(yīng)放在它們的后面，由此可排除B和C兩項(xiàng)。

7. A。 else用來修飾復(fù)合不定代詞時(shí)應(yīng)位于其后，據(jù)此可排除C項(xiàng)。 根據(jù)You’re the best，我們可以確定正確答案為A。

二、考查副詞的語法功能及位置

2. C。 enough用來修飾形容詞或其他副詞時(shí)，應(yīng)放在被修飾的形容詞或副詞之后，這樣可排除B和D兩項(xiàng)。再根據(jù)空格前的系動(dòng)詞is，我們可以確定此空應(yīng)填形容詞作表語。

3. A。 由“Ms Lin is very popular among the students”一句，我們可知她的課“總是”生動(dòng)有趣。

4. angrily。 此題易誤填angry，因?yàn)榭忌裭ook看成系動(dòng)詞了。其實(shí)，這里的look是實(shí)義動(dòng)詞，和at構(gòu)成短語動(dòng)詞，所以其修飾語應(yīng)為副詞。

三、考查比較級和最高級的用法

4. A。 B項(xiàng)應(yīng)用在否定句中，不能用在肯定句中。 D項(xiàng)中的more faster不是正確的比較級形式。 C項(xiàng)中的much fast也不是正確的比較級形式。

5. B。 修飾動(dòng)詞dances要用副詞，可排除A和C兩項(xiàng)。 as ... as用于肯定句，not so/as ... as用于否定句，此句是肯定句，所以空白處只能填as well as。

6. C。 由答句我們可知說話人的意思為“我認(rèn)為數(shù)學(xué)和英語一樣難”。

7. B。 “one of + the + 形容詞最高級 + 可數(shù)名詞復(fù)數(shù)”意為“最……之一”，故正確答案為B。

四、考查形容詞和副詞的特殊句式

1. D。 late的比較級為later，據(jù)此可排除A和B兩項(xiàng)?！氨容^級 + than + any other + 可數(shù)名詞單數(shù)”意為“比其他任何一個(gè)……更……”。這雖然是比較級結(jié)構(gòu)，但表示最高級含義。若選C，則第二個(gè)空白處不可填any，因?yàn)檫@樣一來，就把Jack和包括自身在內(nèi)的班上任何一個(gè)學(xué)生相比較了。如果加上other，就可避免自己與自己相比較的錯(cuò)誤了。

2. D。 “the + 比較級 + 主語 + 謂語，the + 比較級 + 主語 + 謂語”意為“越……，越……”。根據(jù)后一句意思，只有D項(xiàng)符合題意。

3. B。 much修飾比較級時(shí)意為“……得多”。
