Situation: Bill is sat in the office， waiting for Ryan to arrive. Ryan has now been working for the company for six months， and it is time for his performance review. Eventually， Ryan knocks on the door of Bill’s office.

Bill: Yes， it is. You need to remember， though， where your responsibilities are. In all， I'm very happy with you， with your work， and with where you are in the company. I’m also going to give you a 12% pay raise as a reward for successfully passing your probation period. Welcome to the big league， Ryan. You're not the trainee any more. You're a fully-fledged sales executive.

The two stand， shake hands， and Ryan leaves the office. Later， in the break room， he comes across Susan.

Susan: Well， I agree with him. You DO go out drinking too much， Ryan. Particularly during the work week.

Ryan: Aww， leave off! I'm trying to celebrate， not have a lecture.
