作為2008年北京殘奧運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)火炬接力“時(shí)代風(fēng)采線”的第四站，9月2日，殘奧運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)圣火來(lái)到中國(guó)的“帆船之都”，70名火炬手在青島4.25公里長(zhǎng)的接力線路上手手相傳，傳遞著北京殘奧運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)火炬，也傳遞著歡笑；傳遞著關(guān)愛(ài)，也傳遞著感動(dòng)。

承載著和諧、友誼、關(guān)愛(ài)的北京殘奧運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)圣火，在青島浮山灣畔真情接力，無(wú)論是親手傳遞圣火的殘疾人代表，還是坐著輪椅為火炬護(hù)行的護(hù)跑手，或是與殘奧運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)火炬親密接觸的盲校兒童，都被圣火感動(dòng)著。青島40萬(wàn)殘疾人共同參與、享受奧運(yùn)激情，“超越、融合、共享”的殘奧會(huì)理念，在殘健平等、奉獻(xiàn)關(guān)愛(ài)的人間真情中處處彰顯。

作為2008年北京殘奧運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)火炬?zhèn)鬟f惟一一段海上路線，殘奧運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)火炬從青島奧林匹克帆船中心下水坡道登上了“青島號(hào)”大帆船，經(jīng)過(guò)5名火炬手的接力，從海上頒獎(jiǎng)平臺(tái)上岸，又一次展現(xiàn)了“帆船之都”的海上特色。

殘奧運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)火炬在海上1公里、陸上3.25公里的接力，不僅將青島秀美的海濱風(fēng)光和中國(guó)“帆船之都”的獨(dú)特魅力展示給了世界，更將快樂(lè)和感動(dòng)傳遞給世界。

On September 2, 2008, the holy fire of the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games came to Qingdao-the fourth station of the sacred torch relay. Seventy torchbearers relayed the holy fire, the love, and the emotion of the Paralympic Games.

The holy fire was relayed one kilometer by sea and 3.25 kilo-meters on land, which not only showcased to the world Qingdao's coastal scenery and its unique charm as the sailing city, but also transmitted happiness and emotion to the world.
