在課本里有好多單詞貌合神離，同學(xué)們平時(shí)不善于比較對照，總是張冠李戴，造成了學(xué)習(xí)上的一些障礙，應(yīng)試中的一些失誤，筆者在教學(xué)的實(shí)踐中把高中的一些常見的，易混的詞進(jìn)行了歸納整理，以供同學(xué)們借鑒，參考。

1． aboard & abroad & board & broad

<1> aboardadv.& prep.乘車（船，飛機(jī)等）

e.g. go aboard; go aboard a plane

<2> abroadadv.國外 e.g. go abroad

<3> board n.木板；委員會(huì) v. 乘車（船，飛機(jī)等）

e.g. blackboard; a school board(教育委員會(huì))； board a plane

on board 在車（船，飛機(jī)等）

e.g. on board a plane

<4> broad adj. 寬的e.g. broad knowledge

典型例句：

If you go abroad aboard a plane/on board a plane, youd better not take too broad a luggage.

如果你乘飛機(jī)去國外，最好不要帶太大的行李。

2． attitude & altitude & latituden.

<1> attitude 態(tài)度；看法

<2> altitude 海拔；高度

<3> latitude 緯度

典型例句：

What is your attitude to setting up a building at an altitude of 300 meters at high latitudes？

在高緯度地區(qū)建一個(gè)300米高的建筑你是什么態(tài)度呢？

3．lie & lie & layv.

<1> lie(liedlied) 撒謊 e.g.Dont lie to me.

<2> lie(laylain) 躺；位于e.g.On the hill lay a girl.

<3> lay(laidlaid) 放置；下蛋；產(chǎn)卵

e.g. Please lay the book on the desk.

典型例句：

The boy lying on the bed laid the book and lied to the teacher that he was ill, when the teacher came into the dormitory.

4.fly & flow

<1> fly (flewflown) 飛； （旗子等）飄動(dòng)，飛揚(yáng)

e.g. The national flag was flying from the pole.

<2> flow (flowedflowed) 流動(dòng)； （衣服，頭發(fā)）垂下，飄動(dòng)

e.g. Her hair flowed over her shoulders.

典型例句：

When school was over, all the students flowed the school gate and flew in all directions. 放學(xué)后，同學(xué)們涌出校門作鳥獸散。

5.see & saw

<1>see (saw; seen) 看見

<2>saw(sawed; sawed) 鋸開；鋸

典型例句：I saw the wood sawed by an old man with a saw.

6． arise & rise & raise

<1> arise vi.發(fā)生；出現(xiàn)

e.g.A new difficulty has arose.

<2> rise vi. 升起

e.g.The sun rises in the east and sets in the west.

<3> raise vt. 舉起； 提出； 提高

7．a(chǎn)dapt & adopt

<1> adapt vt. 使適應(yīng)； 改編

e.g. When you go to a new country, you must adapt yourself to new manners and customs.

<2> adopt vt. 收養(yǎng)； 采納； 接受

e.g. As they had no children of their own, they adopted an orphan.

典型例句：

The boy adopted by the old couple has adapted himself to the life here.

8. attack & attach & attract

10．scared & sacred

典型例句：
