The next great land area that man hopes to live is the moon. However, there are bad surroundings（環(huán)境） on the moon. Its very hot at daytime and very cold at night, and there is no air or water on it.

Today there are many ideas about living on the moon, but it is unknown when man will begin to live on it. It is believed that man can succeed in living on the moon by three steps. First, man must build some temporary shelters（臨時(shí)住處）. Second, man must learn to stay longer in the houses under the surface of the moon with daily necessities（日用必需品） brought from the earth. Third, man will manage to live a self-supporting（自給自足的） life on the moon.

月球：人類(lèi)的新大陸

人類(lèi)有望居住的下一片廣闊的土地就是月球。然而，月球上環(huán)境惡劣，白天極熱，夜晚極冷，而且沒(méi)有水和空氣。

人們對(duì)在月球居住有很多設(shè)想，但何時(shí)才能住到月球上還不為人知。一般認(rèn)為，人類(lèi)必須經(jīng)過(guò)三個(gè)步驟才能成功地在月球上生活。首先，人類(lèi)必須建造一些臨時(shí)的住處。 第二，人類(lèi)必須依靠從地球上帶去的日用必需品，學(xué)會(huì)在月球表面以下的房屋中呆得更長(zhǎng)久。第三，人類(lèi)必須設(shè)法在月球上過(guò)上自給自足的生活。
