Make a batch (一爐)of special pocket snacks2 using your favorite fruit.We picked apple,but you can use any fruit.
What you need
1 package of prepared dough(生面團(tuán)) (crescent or biscuit);
1 apple;
cinnamon(肉桂);
sugar;
vegetable peeler(削皮器);
knife (for parents only);
baking sheet(干烘平鍋).
What you do
1. Peel and cut your apple into small chunks(塊).
2. In a bowl, mix3 the apple chunks with cinnamon and sugar to taste4.
3. Take a piece of dough and press it flat with your hand. It is helpful to do this directly on thebaking sheet.
4. Put a spoonful of your apple mixture in the middle of the dough.
5. Take another piece of dough and press it flat.Put it on top of the apples and press the edges(邊,邊緣)down to seal (封,密封)your pocket。
6. Bake at 375o for 11-15 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Let your pocket cool before enjoying.
用你最喜愛的水果做一爐別有風(fēng)味的餡餅小吃,這里選用蘋果,不過你可以用任何水果。
你需要:
一袋揉好的生面團(tuán)(新月形或餅狀面團(tuán));
一個(gè)蘋果;
肉桂;
糖;
蔬菜削皮器;
刀(由家長使用);
平底烘焙鍋。
步驟:
1、給蘋果去皮,并切成小塊。
2、將蘋果塊放入碗中,依個(gè)人口味放入肉桂和糖并攪拌好。
3、拿一塊面團(tuán),用手壓扁,直接在平底鍋里壓制效果更好。
4、將一滿匙攪和好的蘋果餡放在這團(tuán)面中間。
5、拿另一塊面團(tuán)并壓扁,蓋在蘋果餡上,壓邊封好。
6、以375o的溫度烘烤11~15分鐘或烤至金黃褐色即可。
7、涼后食用。
