It is reported by Today's Focus that the local policy on drinking water in Wu Han city has resulted in serious problems such as fee soaring and water resource wasting.

According to the policy， the price of civil drinking water is based on the standard of industrial water. But， the prices of the two kinds of water are quite different， and that's how the local water-supply company makes money.In fact， the water- supply company should be a nonprofit organization， but now it becomes a machine of earning money from citizens by manipulating the market.From this phenomenon，we can easily associate some other social problems such as corruption and illegal activities. All of these do great harm to our country.

In my opinion， the irresponsibility of the water- supply company will cultivate and encourage people's dishonesty. In order to save money， people cheat the water- supply company by playing tricks on water meters. It not only causes great waste of water but also disturbs people' s normal life. In the past， one family couldn't use more than 5 tons of water per month， but now， one family can use 150 tons on aver- age， and they pay the same as they used to. At present， water resource is extremely limited， so saving water is a responsibility to every person.But how can people be willing to save water voluntarily since there is such an unfair and unreasonable policy on drinking water's price?

So， more attention should be paid to all of the social problems.What' s more， the system of legislation should be improved，theconstructionofcivilization should be emphasized and the efficient action should be taken so that the idea of \"Three Representatives\"can be put into practice.

今天“焦點訪談”報道了這樣一則事例：武漢市居民區(qū)供水水費要按生產(chǎn)用水標準收取(居民每月可用水不超過 105噸)，這則規(guī)定不僅使水費猛漲，同時還導(dǎo)致了浪費水等一些不良后果的產(chǎn)生。

像大多數(shù)人熟知的那樣，生產(chǎn)用水和生活用水的水費相差很大，而供水公司謀取的就是這其中的利益。供水公司本是管理供水的機構(gòu)，而此處的供水公司卻變成了收刮民財?shù)臋C構(gòu)，這讓人們不禁想到了社會上存在的許多問題，譬如政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的腐敗現(xiàn)象，通過不法手段謀取錢財?shù)谋┌l(fā)戶等等，這一切都危害著我們國家健康的機體，在當(dāng)前大力倡導(dǎo)勤政廉潔的同時，這種行為實在令人氣憤不已。

我想這個供水公司越是這樣收刮民財，水表作假的問題就會越嚴重，這不僅助長了浪費水的風(fēng)氣，同時也擾亂了居民的日常生活。實際上，居民用水量每月不超過5噸而生產(chǎn)用水則是月平均105噸，可以想象居民無論如何不會在一個月內(nèi)用100噸的水量，而在價錢不變的情況下，居民一定是想盡辦法不能讓自己吃虧，所以居民就只有浪費水了。我們一直都倡導(dǎo)“保護環(huán)境，節(jié)約用水”，誠然，對于我們每個公民來說，節(jié)水行動是義不容辭的，但這樣的收費標準又怎能讓人理性地消費水資源呢?由此可見，水費高漲實在是危害不少。

因此，我們呼吁有關(guān)部門完善我國法制，制定具體措施，積極倡導(dǎo)先進思想，加大對不良行為的打擊力度，把“三個代表”真正落到實處。
