摘 要：牛奶產(chǎn)業(yè)是寧夏“六特”產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，近年來在轉(zhuǎn)型升級中進(jìn)入了高質(zhì)量發(fā)展新時代，寧夏乳品品質(zhì)正躋身世界乳業(yè)品質(zhì)“第一方陣”。但產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中飼草缺口大，供給結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡，市場預(yù)期不穩(wěn)定，產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不完整等問題仍比較突出。對此，提出健全優(yōu)質(zhì)飼草料供應(yīng)體系，加快奶源基地擴(kuò)規(guī)提檔，構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代加工流通體系，推進(jìn)綠色生態(tài)健康養(yǎng)殖等對策建議，從而進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)牛奶產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Abstract Milk industry is one of the \"six special\" industries in Ningxia， in recent years in the transformation and upgrading it has entered a new era of high-quality development， Ningxia dairy quality is among the world's dairy quality \"first phalanx\". However， in the development of the industry， the forage gap is large， the supply structure is unbalanced， the market expectation is unstable， and the industrial chain is incomplete. In this regard， it is proposed to improve the quality forage supply system， accelerate the expansion of milk source base， build a modern processing and circulation system， and promote green ecological and healthy breeding， so as to further promote the high-quality development of the industry.
