New Year is around the corner. I asked some classmates about their New Year’sresolutions. Let me share their resolutions with you.

Mary wants to be an English teacher when she grows up. For this， she is going toread English books and practice speaking English on a daily basis. And she is going toteach kids in the rural school. As for Alan， he wants to be a writer when he grows up，because he is a quiet boy and likes reading a lot. So he is going to keep on writingarticles and send them to newspapers and magazines. He is going to move to Shanghai，because he thinks it’s a beautiful city. Because of COVID-19， Tim decides to be adoctor like Zhong Nanshan. Therefore， he is going to finish high school first and thenstudy medicine at a university. After that， he is going to work in his hometown to helpmore people. What about Jenny？ She wants to be a violinist when she grows up. She isgoing to take violin lessons and then work in Beijing. When it comes to new Year’sresolutions， Eric wants to be a scientist when he grows up. So he is going to put hisfull heart into science. And he is going to move to America.

Where there is a will， there is a way. If they try their best， their dreams willcome true one day.
