Abstract:In the process of solidly promoting common prosperity, enhancing equalization and accessibility is a requirement that is both rational and practical. Equalization is related to the construction and maintenance of long-term social fairness and justice, while accessibility is related to the good policy for promoting common prosperity and making substantial progress under the current historical and practical conditions. Taking human needs as the core of analysis will help us accurately grasp the connotation of social justice in our time, and promote equal opportunities and meet development needs as the content to demonstrate balance; It helps us to fully understand the historical characteristics of human needs, and to demonstrate rationality with the idea of doing our best and doing what we can. From the logic of human needs, in the journey of common prosperity, we should firmly grasp the most direct and realistic interests of the people at present, firmly grasp the primary task of high-quality development, plan around employment and basic public services, and promote all-round human development and social progress.

Abstract:This is a study on the impacts of Sea God worshipping ritual on community layout, architecture space and space of living and production. The impacts are manifested in the relations between the rite and its spatial layout, between the order of rite and the order of the space, between the theme of the rite and the activities performed in that space. The paper discusses the strong connections and correlation between Sea God belief rituals and blocks in the community, architecture space, the space of living and production, which are exemplified by Xunpu Mazu Pilgrimage and the Monthly Tributes to Gods in Yintong Tianhou Palace in Southern Fujian province.

Abstract:Under the dual impact of the global financial crisis and the COVID-19 epidemic, the practice of negative interest rate policy has shown a solid development trend in many countries. This article is based on the IS-LM-BP model to theoretically prove that negative interest rate policy can significantly increase the overall output of the social economy through the regulatory effects of interest rate mechanisms and currency price mechanisms. It also deduces the expected policy effects of negative interest rate policy in driving up inflation through exchange rate channels and stimulating economic growth through trade and investment channels. However, empirical testing using the TVP-VAR model on Japan's economic data from January 2012 to January 2021 found that negative interest rate policies can only suppress the appreciation of the yen, improve trade balance, and reduce net foreign investment in the short term. The policy effect is difficult to sustain in the medium to long term, and Japan has failed to achieve the policy goal of stimulating economic growth and inflation rate of 2%. Based on this, this article summarizes and draws on the experience and lessons of Japan's negative interest rate policy practice, and proposes policy recommendations for China's monetary authorities to respond to the global negative interest rate environment.

Abstract:Traditionally, sales promotion has been regarded as a short-term incentive tool. However, with marketing concepts shifting from 4Ps to 4Cs, a wide range of non-short-term promotional tools have emerged, making traditional sales promotion definitions unable to keep up with the needs of practice. Considering research results on non-short-term sales promotion, it is found that all promotional tools are fundamentally constructed by conditional limitations and incentive means to create a marketing scenario where specific benefits can be obtained based on certain conditions. Based on this understanding of the essence of sales promotion, a new definition of sales promotion is proposed by considering the conditional clause (If...then...) naturally presented by sales promotional language and with the knowledge of communication function of sales promotion. Furthermore, based on the theoretical framework of psycholinguistics, the design principles of promotional language are systematically analyzed in order to explore how promotional language influences prefactual thinking and future-oriented emotions from aspects such as the impact of conditional clause, the distinctive mechanism of fundamental constructs in sales promotion, the role of auxiliary promotional language, and the impact of promotional context. To a large extent, these theoretical explorations not only provide important assistance for companies to enhance the effectiveness of creative strategy in sales promotion, but also have significant value in enriching and developing promotional decision-making theories.

Abstract:The disputes arising from the enterprise criminal compliance system are mainly concentrated on the unit subject in microcosm, mainly including the principle of liability fixation, treatment mode and punishment mode of unit crime. From a macro perspective, the root cause of the problems of the enterprise criminal compliance system is the lack of theoretical support for localization of the system. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the normative positioning and theoretical basis of the system. The future development direction of enterprise criminal compliance system should start from the pre operation of administrative compliance and the consideration of public interests. The subsequent ways of improvement mainly include the scope of application of the system and the supporting process. In determining the scope of application, it is advocated that whether the system is applicable should be determined according to the size of the enterprise. The design of the supporting process is mainly based on the establishment and development of the compliance organization.

Abstract:Recommendation algorithm profoundly reshapes the style of information transmission, and helps to construct an intelligent ideological and political landscape of accurate adaptation, accurate policy and accurate assessment. However, the expansion of algorithmic power brings about the catering of preference, interest and attention, which also leads to the dissolution of the dominant position of ideological and political educators and the dilution of their discourse power, and gradually deconstructs the value identification of college students. In order to effectively avoid the risk of recommendation algorithm in online ideological and political education of college students, ideological and political educators should rationally examine the algorithm, lead it, integrate it and control it, ensure the use of the technology of recommendation algorithm for educating people, and promote the online ideological and political education of college students in the new era to keep pace with the times with integrity and innovation.
